HexClad 25 cm Hybrid Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid, Induction Ready

write now I can't tell the performance, it is a life warranty item

Pan didn’t have an original box or any documentation (warranty, how to use guide etc). I had all of this in my previous orders of HexClad, but not in this one. The pan itself is fine, but because it didn’t have an original box, just the amazon one,, I suppose, It dangled inside the box in transit and pierced it in one place with the handle

I regret spending so much money on this pan. Every single thing that you try and cook in it, sticks to the pan regardless of how much oil you use. Its going into the trash and Ill take my changes with the Teflon stuff again.

Soo disappointed with this Hexclad Stick everything frying pan ..I purchased this pan based on its non stick qualities and believing that this very expensive pan would deliver on all its advertised benefits! However I’ve been really disappointed with it and this morning was the final straw for me ! I’ve put up with it until now and given that I’ve had it for over 3 months … I’ve been patient! This morning a simple frying three eggs was a disaster! Tried turning them over to cook further and I had to scrape them off the pan !… I would appeal to customer service to return my money and leave it there ! I really had hoped paying soo much would deliver something different to MY experience…

Tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Netjes op matig vuur met n beetje olie ingebrand. Hopelijk gaat tie de rest van mijn leven mee, zoals beloofd.

La padella è dichiarata nel titolo come 25 cm, nella descrizione come 25.4 cm ma in realtà quella che mi è arrivata è una classica 26 cm, completa di coperchio, arriva già assemblata, ottima scatola e ciascun elemento sta all'interno di un sacchetto di tessuto grigio protettivo con logo hexclad, corredata di manuale di istruzioni. Da istruzioni ufficiali, va condizionata inizialmente in maniera simile a quelle in acciaio al carbonio (senza però dover far fumare l'olio) poi può essere usata. Attenzione che NON è una padella antiaderente, come comportamento è più un ibrido tra una in acciaio ed una antiaderente e va trattata di conseguenza, conduce benissimo il calore per cui sempre fuoco basso o medio, se lo alzate troppo (a parte che non serve) rischiate di bruciare i cibi o di farli attaccare, tiene tantissimo il calore anche da spenta, per cui andateci piano con la temperatura, cucinerà benissimo. Il manico resta sempre freddo e lo si può maneggiare molto bene in cottura, quello del coperchio invece si scalda moltissimo, fate attenzione, il vetro temprato non si appanna quasi mai per cui da un'ottima visibilità dei cibi. Ha un costo non indifferente ma è una ottima padella, va saputa usare ma se la trovate in sconto prendetela senza pensieri, se trattata bene vi darà ottimi risultati.
