I read the other reviews on these compresses and decided this might be a good investment in time and money....if they worked. I am happy to report that they did. While some people put them on at night, I decided to try them in the morning, for I often wake up with dry eyes and want to keep the effect going during the day. Pros: (1) These compresses are convenient, and easy to apply. I keep them in my night stand, remove the compress from the scored package, gently open the folded mask and slip its loops around my ears; (2) The warmth is instantaneous, soothing, and long lasting. They are soft and wonderfully comfortable. I add an extra 20 minute to my morning routine to use these compresses, but what a wonderful way to start your day. I think of it as my spa time, for I'm snug as a bug in a rug while the soothing warmth relaxes me. When I wake up, my eyes are dry and feel gritty. After my "treatment," they are grit-free and ready for my morning. True, later in the day I add eye drops to my regimen, but I find I don't need them as often. I believe this might be because while enjoying the emitted warmth, I gently massage my eyelids to distribute the natural oils that the heated compress releases; (3) great to have along when traveling, especially on business trips. While away from home, I do switch my routine to a night application, but the effect is the same. Con: They're a bit pricey....but worth it. I highly recommend this product.

I love these compresses. I deal with styes and this one and done is so easy, I don't have to worry about infecting/making a mask dirty and have to worry about washing it. The heat in these masks actually last such a long time I want to say over an hour to be honest. It feels nice on my eyes and is just hot enough. The strap is nice and not too big but I do wrap one ear double and it is so comfortable I wear it to bed and I don't even notice it. It stays on all night and doesn't fall off. I say it is very effective in helping my dry eyes and also helping with dealing and keeping my styes less.

These self heated compresses warm up very quickly to the perfect temperature, staying warm for over 45 minutes! They mold to the eye and along with the comfortable ear attachments, stay in place without worrying about them sliding off. The wet washcloths I was using cooled off after a few minutes and were a real hassle to continually warm in the microwave. Yes, they are a little pricey but hoping they relieve the little white bumps on the inside of my eyelids. Too soon to know if they will. I was also pleased to receive a $10.00 voucher off my next purchase. They will be easy to pack for travel and so simple to use. I am a very pleased buyer so far.

Dry eye relief ! I absolutely love this disposable eye mask. You can’t get more hygienic and more convenient than an individually packed sleeping eye mask . I use one every single night. It not only keeps everything dark for you, but helps with allergies, dry eye, keeping the serums under my eye, moist and hydrated as I sleep. As soon as you open up the wrapping it starts to heat up on its own, very warm like but not too hot. Is comforting regardless of the temperature being warm or cool in the room, the iPad feels great. I can definitely feel a difference in my dry eye when I wear these as my eyes look better they’re not as red in the morning and they feel better. I travel with these and hate it whenever I run out. I have recently learned you can get them on auto ship, which would be my recommendation.

These are amazing and feel great when you have a stye! They automatically warm up when you open them up and take a couple minutes to get to temp. They feel so good on my eyes and help to improve my eye when I have a stye. They’re perfect for on-the-go, too! While they are amazing and do a good job, they are not as good as a good old warm compress or the kind you heat up in the microwave.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I am so pleased with these eye compresses, I just had to share a few comments. After trying many different kinds of eye compresses for styles over the last year, I am truly obsessed with these. I’ve tried several microwave types, that work ok for a few times, then burst in the microwave (and that is with following the directions, not over heating). Then the plug in type, not really fitting close enough to my eyes, and not warm enough, in my opinion. These, however, when opened from the pouch, warm right up to a perfect heat, place ear loops over ears, and lay back for much comfort. They are SO convenient and don’t require a microwave, especially when traveling. Just leave a few in the nightstand. The heat is very soothing, can feel some moisture to it, and heat lasts a VERY long time. I do though need to slightly press on the patch so that it touches my eyes, and then it kind of molds to how I want it to fit. I put one on at night, right before I go to bed, and usually fall asleep with it on. In the morning, I put one on and leave it on for 20- 30 mins, then actually will move it to my lower back or neck area to get relief from lower back pain and/or neck pain….win/ win in my opinion! The heat lasts for a good total hour, in my experience! I currently use them morning and night, but when I get over this style, I plan to use them once a day just for comfort and to keep my eyes healthy and keep the meibomian glands open and not get clogged. Highly recommend for treatment of styles, and overall health of the eyes!

I was looking for a self heating eye patch for my blepharitis that I can use anywhere without using a microwave specifically at work. These masks did not disappoint. It takes a minute or two to heat up but I love the amount of heat it radiates and the softness. For obvious reasons I only use one side at a time while at work and I do hold it in place with my hand so I have a free hand to do other things. While I’m at home, I can sit or lay comfortably with the mask. The material is soft on the skin, the ear hooks are stretchy and soft as well. Always a perfect fit. It really feels like I’m in a spa. I enjoy them so much. It’s reduced the swelling on my eyelid significantly and much faster than my prescription eye drops alone. I love that they’re individually packaged and i can take a few with me at a time. I will definitely be stocking up.

Not sure if the pack I received is defective: I’m not experiencing any cooling or relief? Hydrogel side just feels like a weak adhesive that helps it stick to the eye area. Heating masks are great, this one is just a waste of money.

These pads are great for someone who doesn't have a microwave. They heat up fast and last a long time, I have had to throw them out before the heat dissapated was very warm too long.

Fantastic for tired and dry eyes and useable anywhere due to its self heating properties. The heat is good and lasts for about 20-25 minutes. Very good product and will buy again.
