These are my favorite vitamins right now. I've tried and tested many vitamins from Amazon that claim all types of things and some have worked to a degree. But, this concoction of well thought out ingredients here do what they were created for. I struggle with fatigue being over 50 and had bloating, digestion and inflammation issue due to having my gall bladder removed, not to forgot going into menopause. These babes are doing they're thing in my system from me having more energy, healthy gut flora, much better digestion and just an overall good feeling in my body and mood. They work better than some health food vitamins I've tried too. I'm so glad I found these and decided to try them they work. Please don't change the ingredients?

I’ve been using them for a few years everyday. They taste terrible and are big. But fill my need for a vitamin. See no need to change like the probiotic!!!

When I originally found this product, I was happy to find a trusted high-quality multivitamin, though I haven’t noticed a difference in how I feel. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite a while, but sad to say, I won’t be buying this brand again, UNLESS THE PRICE DECREASES DRAMATICALLY. I need to find a different source of multivitamin that’s AFFORDABLE. 150 count has almost doubled in price since my last purchase around 6 mos ago!!! It INCREASED by $20! !!

I have been taking Rainbow multivitamins since 2003, and I believe they have helped keep me healthy and strong. I know they are costly, but there isn't a better vitamin out there. Believe me, I've tried them all!! Worth every penny.

I'm 48 and post menopause so I always order the 50+ vitamins because I don't need the excessive iron that's in vitamins for women younger than 50. I truly believe this is a quality product although these things are always so difficult to review because there's no real way to gauge the effectiveness. I will say after taking this daily for a month now, I have had more energy than usual, I feel healthier, I've had no stomach issues at all, and it's a medium size tablet that's easy for me to swallow. I know some older people may need to cut it in half. Not a big deal. I would like to know that I also have started taking Caltrate, K2 D3, cruciferous supplements, and Vital Protein Collagen Peptides. Hope this helps!
