Staple cookware in my kitchen
Regularly use in my cooking routine. Love being able to go from stove top to oven. Superb for dishes you prep on stove, and want to cook for 2 or more hrs in oven. I love using it for slow cooking marina sauce. Put the lid on, set the correct temp, set timer and forget about it. Doesn't burn, doesn't stick and beat sauce ever. I've had this cast iron braised for years now. Just never reviewed it. It's heavy and for that reason a pain to wash, but cast iron is cast iron after all. Thanks to ceramic coating, I'll never have to deal with rust issues. This braised all looks like new. Even the color. No flecking or straining. Truly an amazing cookware piece that all kitchens should have in their cabinets

I was sold with the color!
Package arrived on time although it came with no protective shipping material only the box from which the pot came in, the pot itself was not damaged. I purchased one as a gift and fell in love with the color. This is my second purchase of the same. Both came in excellent condition. It is quite heavy but again, it is cast iron. Very well made but please take your time and learn how to cook and care for these types of pots. They do require great care if you want them to last but are amazing to cook with and will have everyone talking about the gorgeous color. Highly recommend the purple for anyone that is a purple fan! 💜

Sturdy and easy to clean
This is similar to the Cuisineart line, but not as high quality as La Creuset. I bring that up because the value depends on how you are going to use it. If you are using it as an art piece, or for making things like stews, pot roasts, stove top to oven, or as a casserole, this is phenomenal. The color is good, it wipes out easily. The heat DOES transfer to the lid, lid handle and pot handles so always wear protection no matter what part you are touching. If you are going to use this in coals, for in-the-ground cowboy or chuck wagon cooking, or are rough with your pots, either go for plain cast iron or La Creuset. I am a long time cast iron user, and I loved this pot. I have used it for a pot roast, a casserole, and warming bone broth (which can be super oily) and it has cleaned up well every time. To store, make sure the rim of the lid is dry and i often put a small towel square in to lift up the lid slightly from the rim just to let any moisture out. I haven't had a speck of rust on it. For everyday kitchen cooking would highly recommend.

Great Purchase
I specifically wanted a Purple, enameled dutch oven, but the expensive brand I was looking at did not have this color. I ended up buying the other brand in a larger, different size/color, but I also purchased this in order to practice using this type of cookware. Besides, the sale price at the time was too good to pass up, & it was the color I really wanted. Needless to say, I've been using this exclusively bc it fits all my needs right now. It's not too heavy, and at 5.5 qts, this is the perfect size for most large quanty dishes. It retains/distributes heat very well, and is easy to use/clean. I've had it since Christmas of 2025 and have no scratches on it although I've used it quite a bit. But, I am also following instructions NOT to use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning methods. I am very happy with this purchse, and should I accidently drop or break it, it wouldn't be as painful as damaging an expensive one lol. Besides, it's affordable enough to replace without breaking the bank lol.

You’ll love this pan!
I love to cook and I can’t believe I deprived myself wine of these pans for so many years. It’s now my most used pan, and has not needed to find a place to be put away. It holds a place of high esteem in my kitchen.

Purplelicious
The colour of this cast iron is so fun! It's capacity to hold alot of foods makes it the perfect one pit cooker. Very easy to clean and very sturdy handles on each side, so it's easy to take in and out of the oven.

Cast iron
Exactly was I was looking for. The depth is perfect. And the color too. I also love the style of handle which makes it easy for putting in and taking out of the oven. Highly recommend.

Worth it
I use it at least once a week ... better than I expected, given I've got other Le Creuset pots. Fun colour, big enough to fit a full rack of pork ribs. Cost is a fraction of other brands... so far so good.
