These knives are super sharp and very reasonably price. It is important that they come with covers/sleeves to protect the blade. I love ceramic knives they impart no metal flavor on food, they stay sharp a looong time. They are fragile though and chip if treated roughly, all ceramic knives. This set is for my RV.

Had an issue with 2 knives where the handle started to come loose after about 9 months. Positive note - Knives are very sharp and held their edge. All were hand washed and not dropped or abused( i have another set of no name ceramic knives that are over 2 years old and they have lasted well). Contacted the vendor told him about the issue on 1 knife at first and was told we have 4" knives in white and can send you one. I replied back yes, that will work, however my wife advised of a 2nd knife. I sent images clearly showing the defect and got a reply of this is a rare issue , we can offer you a 50% discount on a new purchase- you have 6 days to do it. They advised their warranty is 3 months on the knives and could not do anything else other than inform of the discount. Had to contact Amazon customer support, they took care of the issue with a refund.

I got a set of ceramic knives year ago but the downside of ceramic is it can break. which is what happened to my first set. I have a set of expensive high-end steel knives but they are not as sharp as ceramic. So, I got these knives to replace my first set. I'm convinced these are even sharper than my original set. These knives make cooking a pleasure.
