A nightly game-changer โ especially with the infrared setting
I absolutely love my LifePro Chi Machine. I use it every night before bed as part of my wellness routine, and it consistently helps me wind down, loosen up, and feel lighter. The swing motion really supports healthy lymphatic flow and circulation, and the infrared setting is a standout feature โ the gentle heat eases tension in my legs and makes the session even more effective. Itโs low-impact, easy to use, and perfect for days when I donโt have the energy for a full workout but still want to keep my body moving. It helped with my neuropathy. This machine has become a non-negotiable part of my nighttime routine, and I truly feel the difference when I skip it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a practical, convenient way to support mobility, relaxation, and overall recovery. Not noisy, could fall asleep. Great price for the size and value.

Takes some experimentation but now I can't live without it
It took several days, 2-3 sessions a day, to figure out how to comfortably use this machine. I have had a (undiagnosed) sacroiliac joint problem for almost a year - basically back pain above my pelvis to the left of my spine. Last month, my left hip was starting to hurt/seize up followed by my right hip, since my gait is off balance because of the back pain and walking 2-3 miles a day. Walking was getting harder and harder and I was getting worried about my long-term mobility. For the record, I'm short and have chunky calves. This machine is supposed to be used oriented with the handle facing away from you and the infrared lights under your calf muscles. My calves are too chunky and my legs are too short to do this comfortably; the IR light domes poke into them. As others have mentioned, the ankle cradle is too firm and uncomfortable to use. I tried a towel but it kept slipping. Lifepro included a couple of cushy sweatbands that I, at first, tried on my legs but it was too awkward because my most comfortable position was with my heels on the cradle rather than my ankles or calves. So I put the sweatbands on the cradle itself and it's better if not great. I also turned the machine around so the handle was closest to me and I just let my calves hang, swinging freely with the machine's movement. I have Lifepro's IR flashlight and it works well, but I think the use of IR here is questionable and kind of gimmicky unless you have calf problems in that specific spot. Likewise, I really doubt this can take the place of cardio and, coincidentally, I was keeping track of my blood pressure at my doctor's request at the same time I first started using the swing and my BP didn't noticeably improve over a 2 week period. YMMV. But if you're immobile, chances are it will help you feel better, looser, and more relaxed, if you can find a comfortable position. Even with these various discomforts, the machine helped my back and hips after the very first session. Now, I do two sessions a day, 5 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before bed, usually on the lowest speed, and I'm experiencing a lot less pain. For this reason alone, it's worth the money. Two things I would change: 1. Design the machine so it will stand up on end, making it easier to store between uses. I can't think of a reason why the end opposite the handle needs to be rounded except aesthetics. 2. On manual mode, remember the last speed setting. It doesn't matter if you're using manual or auto mode, it starts at 8, where the speed range is 1-12. Also note that if you have knee problems (I do) this machine can make them worse. Experiment with speed, leg placement on the cradle (heel, ankle, calf), even whether your toes point straight up at the ceiling or off to the sides. I sometimes bring one knee to my chest and let the other leg swing, then switch. It all makes a difference whether the swing makes my knees ache.

LOVE our "hip shaker" chi machine...
We LOVE our Lifepro chi machine!! We call it the "hip shaker". When any of our kids have tight quads, hips, etc I ask them if they used the hip shaker yet. After they use it they always feel much looser & the pain is usually almost gone or gone. So much of our trauma is stored in our hips... even a life without any specific traumatic events can still cause trauma to the body.. wake up with a kink in your neck? throw your back out lifting something? etc? I always feel so much better after using our chi machine. I aim to use it every day, but with a large family, I don't always get to, but should. It has an attached wired remote control (handy so you don't lose it) to adjust the speed, timer, red light, vibration, or just hip shaking. Start slow & build up to the higher speed. It is very relaxing.. all of my kids love using it. Some of us have EDS (& are hypermobile) though, so we put a cushion behind our knees to avoid hyperextending our knees while shaking out the stress & kinks. We have other LifePro products & LOVE them too. We know they stand behind their products & made high quality products, so that is why I chose their brand chi machine. I WOULD purchase the chi machine again!

Good but needs work
Love Lifepro products, always. Great company and quality items. With that said, the chi machine feels like a newly developed/first generation product. The ankle cups are painful and way too close together. They are super hard, so cushioning is needed. Itโs a loud machine, so doing it while watching tv, for example, canโt happen. And the motor seems to drain/have a hard time at slower speeds. I suspect the company will improve these aspects, so you may want to wait for a newer version to come out. It does seem to help loosen the legs and feet, and you can feel it shaking tension from your spine and some help with plantar fasciitis. Overall finding it useful and enjoying it, but itโs heavy, loud and uncomfortable too. If the ankle cups were adjustable or much further apart, it feels like the thighs would also get more benefit, too.

Not Comfortable
Painful to Use! The concept is great, but the design not so much. Have only had for 2 days and my ankle area is so very sore. Tried the ankle bands, thick socks, turning the machine around and even a towel to provide some comfort but it is not helping. Not sure of the benefits if it is too painful to use and my ankles do not stay put. Any suggestions would be great.

It takes some practice but....Full month review
This is for a full month review of the LifePro Chi Machine: The Good: I found that it was relaxing, and I did feel like it stimulated my muscles, however, without a good jump in your heart rate, you are not going to get a lot of stimulation to your metabolism. When I followed the instructions for how to use this machine, my heart rate went up approximately 5 beats per minute. The only way I could get my heart rate up further (closer to fat burning mode), was to add some arm exercises. Doing this did allow me to increase my heart rate to over 100 โ so another plus. I also found that when I used this post other workouts, that it was definitely relaxing. Of note, I always had to have a pillow or something under my knees, otherwise it was way too uncomfortable (hyperextension). The Bad: I really found no use for the massage portion, except for when I had my feet on the massage/infrared โ though even then, I did not find the massage enjoyable. Another thing that is bad; the plastic that supports your ankles is not comfortable. You really need to make sure you use the ankle pads that were sent with the Chi machine. I also put a towel over the ankle rests to give a little more cushion. It would be great if they made this piece just a little more comfortable. One last thing โ not necessarily bad, but slightly annoying; in the book that comes with the machine it provides a link to โvideosโ. It didnโt. However, I did find some videos on You Tube that I found useful. My workouts: The first week I started out at 10 minutes twice a day (1-3 speed level). I did it first thing in the morning when I got up, and maybe mid-day. The next week I increased to 20 minutes, and I upped the speed. I also mixed it up and did both lying down and sitting in a chair. Recommendations: If you currently have trouble walking, this could help with giving you a movement that will help circulation. I definitely found it useful as a pre-workout to just โwake upโ my muscles, and a post workout to wind down. You might have to do some experimenting to figure out what works best for you.

Cleans your lymph glands, helps relieve pain and always brings me a good nightโs sleep โค๏ธ
I use various methods to rid my body of toxins like the ionic foot bath. This product really sucks out toxins from your organs and dumps them in your bloodstream. Must drink a lot of water to clear them from your body. It also helps incredibly well for relieving knee pain. Helps you get a good nightโs sleep too. Various vibrations available. Each time I use it now I donโt feel any toxicity hangovers. The more you use it the better you shine.

LifeSaver on steroids
Wow, this was a life saver purchase! I have had trouble with swollen legs and ankles for 5-7 years now. The problem has gotten worse over time. My feet were in constant pain and often agony. I have to climb stairs to get to my bedroom taking them one step at a time, then dragging my other leg and foot behind to meet on that same step. One day at work, I was outside getting bit up by bugs talking to customers when I noticed the spot I was scratching, just above my ankle, was pitted in. The stranger sitting next to me saw the look of disbelief on my face. She followed my gaze and also saw the deep pitting, she spoke up telling me that her legs had been even worse 3 months ago. She told me how dangerous it was to be that full of inflammation. I looked over at her legs which looked completely normal. I was interested:, she showed me her swing machine that she had purchased 3 months earlier when she had become afraid of dying from a stroke. She told me, that she uses her swing machine morning and evening everyday, without fail. And within a month her legs began to kook normal. I went home and ordered this machine that night. It arrived in 3 days. From my first use my legs felt such relief. After using it three times in 24 hours my legs were slimmer the inflammation was subsiding. I have noticed even my blouses are a little more roomier through the arm pit area and across the belly. This machine is making a fast difference. Now when I feel my legs begin to hurt, or feel heavy I stop and do a leg treatment especially at work where I have to climb a lot of stairs. I absolutely will recommend this machine to everyone.

Incompatible in the UK
Why is Amazon selling this on the UK market? The machine is designed for the US, with a US wall plug and a 110v spec. UK uses 240v, as well as a completely different plug. What a waste of time unpacking, re-packing and returning. Amazon, why don't you check products first?

Stopped working after three days
I was so excited to get this and enjoyed it for the first two days. Day three and it has stopped working. It wonโt turn on with the control panel. Feeling very scammed and disappointed.

Works well with wired push button control.
Received on time and in good order. Do your own research about how and why these machines work. You will be pleased to find that this company has great product support and the price compared to the great features is a fantastic deal.
