Farrier Furnace with Three Large Capacity Portable Metal Propane Knife Forge, 3 Burners, Black

I am absolutely amazed with the sturdiness of this. I assumed when ordering it would be made cheaply and planned to work with it, but was pleasently surprised. Definitely worth the money, especially with the extras it comes with. Only down side is it does require ridgedizer and cement before long term use. Now the shipping i am from Illinois and this came from Canada! It came in within a few days! Highly recommended.

Every time I fire it up and use it, one of the hoses get burned and comes off. There is a panic moment, because now there's a flaming tube flopping in the air. The only solution is to turn off the propane and let everything cool to fix it. Not a great situation when you're in the middle of a forge.I've changed out the hose clamps. I've taken precautions to keep the hoses away from the forge. They burn out anyway.I wouldn't recommend this forge to anyone, save your money and buy something better.

Let's start with what I like1. Got me immediately into forging with very little knowledge about what I was looking for in a forge2. Provides sufficient heat to shape hammers and most anything else u need.3. The burners are awesome venturi burners almost never break and can handle extreme abuse.4. The insulation holds up well even without refractory cement.5. The regulator is came with is descent (not great it just works)Now what I didnt like.1. This is probably for my uses and not necessarily criticism on the forge but I almost never use the other 2 burners.2. This forge CANNOT FORGE WELD. Even after adding refractory cement having each burner hooked up independently to its own tank and burners working at 25psi (ridiculously high) and letting 2 square 3/8 bar sit in there for an hour it still won't stick. (No it's not user error, it simply can't get hot enough)3. All fittings, propane hoses and fire bricks are trash. Replace ur shut off valves had leaks from day 1 don't use there clamps get metal braided lines and used plumers glop.4. The outer shell is garbage only after 6 month of use its started to warp and twist to the point my first burner leans about 20 degrees to the right.5. You need to buy refractory cement makes a world of a difference on fuel consumption just holds heat way better.My advise save money get the $80 Mr volcano forge and save up for a coal forge. Ur welcome!

Got this for my husband. And now every weekend he's out forging. Absolutely loves it, although it does go through the propane. Definitely worth the buy!

I do not like the hoses that’s on there when you’re using the forge them hoses get hot and come right off very dangerous. I changed out all my hoses.

Its awesome no complaints iv only made 4 knives but it's more than I expected well worth it
