Defective shreyans printer
Very wrst reply from service side .i bought a new shreyans printer through amazon.its adaptor pin was not perfectly fixed .they have send me the defective product.i put replacement and again they send another product.the same issue am facing.never ever buy this type of product through online.its better to buy on direct oultlet

Excellent customer service, application interface and driver interface needs improvement
Good and excellent customer support, configuring and installatiling the printer interface and drivers were comfortable. Downloading drivers, application for interface was also comfortable. Whether one needs to connect the printer through mobile or laptop the interface configuration was comfortable. The quality of print needs improvement, as options for improving the quality of documents for printing via mobile app interface or driver interface for laptops are limited, hence one has to improve the documents quality for print through 3 rd party softwares and import the improved document for quality print. One drawback is one cannot open an URL to print documents, instead one needs to take screenshots, merge them, make the entire document through 3rd party software and print. If fetching URL location on net is made available it will definitely add value to provided application interface for mobile or driver interface for laptops.
