This was my first time adding lighting to one of my Harry Potter Lego sets. I'm really pleased with the effect and the quality of it. The instructions were fairly easy to understand too. It was extremely fiddly to put together though, but definitely worth it. The lights really add something to the overall look. I want to add lights to my other sets now too. They are expensive but I do think they are worth the money, a lot of time and thought has gone into working out these lights, creating the instructions, reworking the Lego installation for it etc, so yes I think it's worth the money. But you definitely need patience and a steady hand to install these!

Bought as a gift for my son who is collecting Star Wars helmets. He said these lights look great but it was difficult to add them to the helmet which he had already built. He recommended adding them in during construction.

Despite what other reviews have said, I found this easy to install. The instructions were very clear. Very pleased with how they look to. Would buy again!

This product is poor quality the lamp tops do not fit in the wall lights and the wire between the 2 shelves is not long enough so unable to install this set

I love love love the finish these lights give the Mini Disney Castle. They look brilliant. However, as with most Lego light sets they are not easy to install. Though here is a YouTube video from this brand that you can use to follow along. It does make installing them a lot easier but its still a bit fiddly but well worth it. Some of the lights change colour which is a great touch as well.

Reported a malfunctioning issue to the seller and replacement arrived in a week

We had to be creative to hide the wires and not get them caught in the wheels and gears.

Ich habe lange nach einer passenden Beleuchtung für meinen LEGO Hogwarts Express gesucht und bin absolut begeistert von diesem Set! Die Lichter sind perfekt auf den Zug abgestimmt und fügen sich nahtlos in das Design ein. Die Installation war überraschend einfach: Die Kabel sind dünn genug, um sie unauffällig zu verlegen, und die einzelnen Lichtpunkte sind genau an den richtigen Stellen angebracht – sowohl an der Lok als auch in den Waggons. Das Ergebnis ist einfach magisch! Wir haben den beleuchteten Hogwarts Express zu Weihnachten unter den Baum gestellt, und die warme, stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung hat eine atemberaubende Atmosphäre geschaffen. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Detailtreue: Die Frontscheinwerfer leuchten mit genau der richtigen Intensität, sodass der Zug wie ein echtes Dampfross aussieht, während die Innenbeleuchtung der Waggons das Modell noch lebendiger wirken lässt. Die Lichtstärke ist optimal gewählt – nicht zu grell, aber hell genug, um alle Details wunderschön in Szene zu setzen. Zudem wirken die Farben sehr angenehm und natürlich. Die Verarbeitung der Lichter und Kabel ist hochwertig, und alles hält sicher an Ort und Stelle. Wir sind nach mehreren Wochen immer noch begeistert und würden dieses Beleuchtungsset jederzeit wieder kaufen! Wer seinem LEGO Hogwarts Express den letzten magischen Schliff verleihen möchte, sollte hier unbedingt zugreifen. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
