UNCO- Grill Gasket, 1/2"x1/8", 15 ft, Smoker Gasket Sealer

The UNCO smoker gasket has been a great upgrade for my pit. Installation was simple—the adhesive backing sticks well, and once applied it creates a tight, even seal around the doors. No more smoke leaking out from the edges, and it really helps hold steady temps during longer cooks. The material feels durable and heat-resistant, so I expect it to last a long time even with frequent use. It compresses nicely without breaking down, and cleanup is easy after a session. Since adding this gasket, my smoker is running more efficiently and producing better, more consistent results. For such an inexpensive upgrade, it makes a big difference.

Wow! This worked perfectly to seal the smoker side of my grill. Easy to install - just make sure you keep some pressure on it to make it "form fit" to the edges of your grill opening. The quality of the seal seems as though it will last for several seasons - maybe even the life of the grill. Super heat resistant. Plenty of seal provided to accommodate both the grill side and fire box of my Oklahoma Joe - size match is perfect. Looks great and truly functional. Awesome product!

Kept the smoke in and still sticks after 2 years, would buy again.

Bought this to use on my Zgrills pellet smoker door. I cleaned the door all the way around the perimeter with rubbing alcohol as a prep, making sure it was as clean as the day I bought it. Once this was done, I cut the tape the length of the edges, doing one at a time. After this was done, the door did not shut all the way (due to the new height of the tape), so I had to add a washer under the hinge screw on both sides of the door. Now the door closed perfectly and the tape was all the way around the door. Big question was, would it contain the smoke? Well, I'm here to tell you, it completely stopped all leakage of smoke through the door. All smoke now goes through the exhaust. And the meats have more smoke flavor. I've had the tape on for over a year, and have no issues of it falling off, peeling, or wearing at any point, so it seems very strong, too. Quite pleased with this item. Gave the second roll to my buddy for HIS identical smoker!

I have the largest egg Louisville from Costco, tries product replacement was perfect even had 3 feet to spare, no need for all of the more expensive versions this is identical to the original which lasted for 4years. Thank you for not over charging for a simple solution.

Worked great on my ZGrill, lasted about 9 to 10 months. Removal is a little bit of a pain but expected.

Help seal leaks around lid on Traeger Pro 22.

The product does adhere to the grill, but is somewhat thin on the felt area. I was hoping for a wider piece. On the effectiveness, the gasket did handle the heat, but didn’t do a lot for the smoke loss, but this may be due to the type of gap in my grill hood. I think a solid, braided gasket is likely what I need. The product isn’t bad, just not the most effective. It was inexpensive, so I do think there is value there for minor fixes, but I don’t have a lot of hope for the longevity of the product.

This is very good stuff. Easy to install and sealed up the door on my smoker. Door still closes and opens perfect.
