The two knives have been in domestic daily use for a couple of months now and are still sharp. They are well made and we are pleased with our purchase.

Great knives very sharp, been able to cut the thinnest slices of potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes in the absence of a Mandolin, just watch your fingers though.

I spent some time searching for a couple of new kitchen knives before deciding on this pair. I wanted either European or Japanese, not far east to make sure of the steel quality. I have not been disappointed, the quality is excellent for the money, and I use the paring knife all the time.

These are really nice knives. Fits comfortably in the hand. The blade and handle are one piece of metal. Smooth and feels great. The blades are very sharp. wow.

The knife has rust in the box this is the 3rd attempt to buy this knife between me and my girlfriend and each time they have been rusty in the box. Do not buy!
