How to wire four wires to three?

Just depends which light you want illuminated or to illuminate. The video shows which color wire is for which function. If you don't want to use the amber lights for instance, don't use the yellow wire. Hope this helps.

The sequential function does not work when cobnect to my turning indicator wire. is this an ac to dc problem?

The units we purchased worked directly from the 12v system. You should be able to identify the wires by hooking directly to a 12v power source and ground.

Does the Amber and Red light both have the feature to be used as turn signal lights?
