The medium sized dog hasn’t shown any interest yet (he’s not a bed kind of guy!) but the little girl is loving it. Very well made higher quality bed with excellent support. Cover does have a cooling quality to it. Good purchase.

I bought this item for my 10 lbs senior morkie, who has a heart issue :(. She always pants, so I try to keep her cool as much as I can. I have gotten other items that share a similar function as this bed for her. Although this bed is pricey, it works. It feels cool and stays cool. I leave this bed on the floor next to her little egg chair (to keep her elevated from the ground). She then can rotate between the bed, egg chair, the floor, and my bed. I got her the smallest size. My other dog, who is 20 lbs, likes this cold bed so much that he takes over (when he can), although it is kind of small for his body :).

This dog bed is incredible! It is the coldest of the 3 different beds I've purchased over the last year. I can finally stop looking! It keeps my dog the coldest! The size, comfort, and sturdiness are perfect for my 70 pound Aussie! It is also light weight and easy to move around! Thank you!

This bed is comfy and noticeably cooler than anywhere else in the room. My dog loves it. However, the bumper part unzips separately from inside of the main cover and the fit is just too tight. It's incredibly difficult to get back in and after washing it several times (because dogs), the zipper is breaking. I was going to buy a bigger size but I don't think I want to continue to deal with this on an even bigger bed so I'll have to look elsewhere. Overall, it's a wonderful bed and it does it's job. I just can't continue to use it if the zipper is going to continue to get worse each time I wash it.

While I didn’t experience the cooling properties of the bed, my dog did seem comfortable lying up against the bolsters. This was short lived as the cover quickly frayed to an unsightly mess. I removed the cover to find the bed has two pieces; the bolster and the flat bed itself. I searched online and the COLDEST website for replacement covers to no avail. I reached out to COLDEST customer service who quickly responded but unfortunately COLDEST’s reply was that they do not offer replacement covers. After much back and forth, they offered a full replacement if I returned the bed to them (even though I purchased it on Amazon). This seemed like an acceptable outcome (although it would have been much easier and cost-effective to just allow me to purchase a cover). COLDEST told me that once I could provide them with a tracking number, they would ship me a replacement. COLDEST suggested I use a blanket on top of the new bed to protect the cheap cover from fraying (but wouldn’t that negate any cooling properties the dog may enjoy from the bed 🤔?). I packaged it up (I purchased the XL so finding a box I could jam it into wasn’t easy), so I reached back out to COLDEST and requested a return shipping label. COLDEST told me I had to “shoulder” the cost of shipping. So I went to the post office and for the cheapest, trackable option it was going to cost me $160!!!! Upon relaying this information to COLDEST, their reply was dismissive and uncaring stating that they would not have the cover available for sale and they would not assist in the return shipping. I could have bought a brand new bed for this price and then some! Now I am out the original price of the bed and will NOT be buying from this company again. Buyer beware!

My dog HATES dog beds bc she only likes the cold floor and wow she literally has been laying on this ever since we got it and when she first when on it when I opened it reacted as if she was getting a toy or something and was rolling on it just so happy about how cold it is. I’ve bought so many trying to be cold matt’s and beds for her and none were really that cooling but wow this is AMAZING. she’s asleep on it right now and i’m so happy bc it’s amazing back support as well! This is the first thing that has gotten her off the cold dirty floor!

It's okay. For a XL dog, I wouldn't recommend. It is very thin. The cooling part is nice.

My new pup was panting lots in her old dog bed, so I got this thinking great idea, it’ll stop her from panting in the middle of the night, it might be less but she still does. I woke up to find her on the floor by the door. It is cool to the touch, nice thickness, came in one piece in the box which was nice not to have to assemble. My pup appears to be shepherd husky mix so maybe that’s why it doesn’t appear to work like I thought

It's took me a long time to search a cooling bed for my sweetie. The most important thing is my dog like it. She sleep on it most of the time. Thank you for such an amazing bed to make her feel cooling in the tropical weather. Thank seller!
