Is the outer material (no the lid) also made with stainless steel or just plastic? Thanks!

Hello, Thank you for contacting Cuckoo. The outer material is high quality plastic. We remain available if you have any questions or concerns. Have a great day!

Does this have porridge function? Somehow I do not see this "porridge" function in the menu.

You have the “baby food” function. They seem similar but not completely confident in this assessment. Try it and see.

Does this one have the "Porridge" function?

No-“baby food” function instead.
