I've tried hundreds of supplements to help with my major depression and fatigue I've struggled with my entire life. Nothing has ever helped, not even remotely. After taking about 4-6 pills daily for about a month, I can confirm few things about Royal Jelly (at least for me). 1)It gave me a boost of energy. 2)I am sleeping a LOT better. I suffered from insomnia and that is no longer true. 3)My body is getting leaner and stronger. Mind you, I work-out 30 minutes a day but I clearly see the results for my work-out. 4)My friends tell me my complexion is much healthier and whiter. I recommend this product particularly to those who suffer from insomnia. If you are like me, you will no longer wake up in the middle of the night without able to fall asleep again.

I have been suffering from endometriosis. For those of you who are unfamiliar, I would get really severe period cramps. It would get so bad that I would take so much midol or tylenol just to be able to get around the house. My gyno put me on birth control pills and they helped, but it would give me much frequent migraines. In the end, I decided to go off the pills because of so much migraines. Anyway, I started taking royal jelly because my parents thought it would help me lose weight. I've been trying really hard to lose weight (exercise, eat healthy, etc.) but no success. I gave in and thought I would try it for a month. And although it wasn't a drastic difference for weight loss, it did help. It finally started going down. The big surprise was that I didn't get any cramps that month. I thought it was a fluke. So I tried it for another month and no cramps again. I couldn't believe it. I really don't know the specifics of how this works, but for me, it helps. Also, I've been taking this for a few months and I haven't noticed any negative effects so I highly suggest that people should try this and see how it helps them.
