I bought this as a gift for a friend on bedrest, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. I got to see her work on it and help on some new stitches, and it was just right for a beginner. The design (the flower set) was cute and cheerful, and the image was printed directly on the fabric, which made it easy to follow. I appreciated that everything needed was included — hoop, thread, needles, and a pretty thorough stitch guide. The thread quality was good too — strong, smooth, and not prone to tangling or breaking. It gave my friend a creative, productive activity to enjoy during a tough season, and it helped her learn some embroidery basics with confidence. A lovely little set, especially for someone just getting started. Great giftability as well!

I almost never write reviews for items but had to make an exception for this kit. This was my very first exposure to embroidery and I’m so happy I went with this one. Since then, I’ve tried other ones and you can tell they aren’t made by people who know embroidery. This kit is easy to follow with great stitch choices whereas some others give terrible stitches for certain areas that just don’t make sense or aren’t illustrated correctly. The materials were good quality for the price and the colors were accurately pictured, something I’ve learned is not always the case. It comes with every single thing you need. If you’re brand new to embroidery, please let this kit be your first!

This is my first attempt at embroidery. This kit it nice in that it comes with everything I need. It also includes a nice manual with a lot stitches and links to videos explaining how to do them. So far, I've been impressed with the quality of the fabric and the thread. It's a lot better than I expected. I started with what I thought would be the easiest one and have learned a lot and am really enjoying it! It's so pretty so far, I can't wait to see how it looks finished!

It was fairly beginner friendly with a little help from ytube to remind me of stitches as well as learning new ones. Like others have said the thread was not the best and did tangle and get knotted. But if better thread was provided like dmc thread the kit would be much more expensive. It did use some dmc thread I had on hand because of tangling I needed more thread. For the price the patterns and thread provided was well worth the money and the instructions were very workable. If beginners are struggling with the thread tangling and knotting you may want to get some better embroidery thread.

I really enjoyed this set of embroidery kits. Only thing is I wish it providing more than 1 hoop and a better quality one too. But the prints were easy to follow. I think it was worth the price.

I was excited to teach myself embroidery and this kit was absolutely perfect. It came with everything I needed to get started. I got 2 needles, scissors, all the embroidery thread colors on a cool little cardboard card with holes to keep threads separated and organized, plus hoop and then 3 different patterns to follow. Each pattern has both a picture and guide to teach you the stitches PLUS QR code to YouTube videos also showing and teaching stitches. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

It’s a beautiful kit, and the quality is phenomenal! I cannot get over the difference in the thread, and the needle, especially the material of the canvas. I’m using my own plastic hoop, but even the two hoops came with are nice! I’d 100% buy this again!

I bought this Embroidery set as a Christmas present for my grand daughter. I don't have a review yet but will give an updated review after Christmas. I am sure she will like it though...she likes doing detailed projects and loves butterflies. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars, is that it didn't come in a box. As far as gift giving goes, a box would have been nice. Other than that.....we are looking forward to her expression when she receives it at Christmas.
