Elegance in Every Drop: A Year with Bluevua’s RO100ROPOT-LITE
After a full year of daily use, the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-LITE has proven to be one of the best kitchen investments I’ve made. From its stunning design to its exceptional performance, this water filter system has truly exceeded my expectations. Pros: Elegant and Thoughtful Design: Bluevua clearly put significant effort into the overall design, from the sleek packaging to the polished aesthetics of the unit itself. I chose the blue color, it seamlessly integrates into my kitchen decor, adding a touch of calm and sophistication. The attention to detail elevates the look of my space, giving my kitchen a more modern, refined feel. Compliments to the designer! Exceptional Water Quality: The water produced by this system is impressively pure, with a crisp, refreshing taste that rivals or even surpasses premium bottled water brands. There’s a noticeable difference in clarity and taste—each sip feels incredibly clean. Knowing that I'm drinking water of this quality gives me peace of mind. Besides, as a daily tea drinker for years, I can easily tell the noticeable improvement on the tea flavor over tap water and even other filtration systems I've tried. User-Friendly Operation: The ease of use is another standout feature. The system comes with a detailed and thorough instruction manual, making the setup process straightforward. The control panel is intuitive, with simple functionality that anyone can grasp quickly. After 4 rounds of new filter flush, there’s no hassle involved, just pure, filtered water at the touch of a button. Long-Lasting Filter Durability: One of the most impressive aspects is the durability of the filters. Even after a full year of continuous use, the filtered water remains as pristine as it did on day one. The longevity of the filters has exceeded my expectations, making this system not only efficient but also highly cost-effective in the long run. Cons: Fragility of the Glass Bottle: My only minor critique is the glass water bottle that comes with the system. While I appreciate the choice of glass for health and environmental reasons over plastic, it is somewhat fragile and requires careful handling. After I broke my first bottle, I can feel the similar frustration from broken glass bottle that some other reviews have mentioned. However, I will have to say Bluevua's after-sale service is outstanding! Their team is responsive, helpful, and quickly addressed my concerns by sending me a new bottle the same day. It’s reassuring to know that great support is available should any issues arise. All in all, Bluevua RO100ROPOT-LITE is well worth the investment. It combines elegance, ease of use, and superior water filtration in a beautifully designed package. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier water filter system that performs as well as it looks.

Great Water Filter
I purchased this unit back in Nov 2023. It has been making about two to three of the containers per day on average since I bought it. My tap is around 210-240. Just today the filter dropped from 4 bars of health to 3 bars after 4 months of daily use. My only issue is with the built in mineral reader that usually shows 15-25 on average. The only discrepancy I have is that my other two stand alone mineral reading devices show the purified water to be about twice the reading than the one in the unit, usually 30-40. 30 is still good but with my other two independent readers I have never seen it below 20 except for the first couple weeks when it was new and the internal was reading 8-10. The water tastes great, I do not mind dumping the brine water that others complain about. I guess you need to understand that in order for this filter to last it needs to regurgitate the minerals so the filter doesn't quickly clog. I think for the size, quality of output and price point, black Friday sale, $199, I give it 5 stars. Should I need another one I would buy another in the future. My local grocery charges about $2 a gallon for purified water so even with the replacement cost of the filter I am way ahead in savings. Also, I am not lugging plastic jugs into the house and then into the trash once I am finished. Many I see here have issues with water waste, or functionality, or noise or what ever. I find its very easy to use, works very well, and I have no problem dumping the little left over brine water into my plants. I would recommend this to someone with limited space and doesn't have more than a couple of people in the household. Update: 12/2/24 I have had this filter for a year now and it has worked flawlessly. Even though the filter indicator is now down to a single bar it is still filtering water around 10-11ppm which on my independent reader is actually around 20ppm. My tap water lately reads about 220ppm so the filter works really well. The ppm indicator on the unit basically shows half of what I find to be the actual reading. A reading of 10ppm is 20 on my two other hand held ppm indicators. Never the less, even 20 is very acceptable. For most of the time it reads 7-8 but now is creeping a bit higher. I will buy another filter and continue using it. I would recommend this unit for 1-2 people who consume 3-4 liters a day like myself. I have read some of the reviews and I am not sure how come some have issues dumping the brine water out of the container. It is a water filter and the back-flush is how it purges minerals to filter more water. If this really bothers you to have this extra step, buy a unit that back-flushes brine on its own. I feel, for the price point, this filter has done a great job and has saved me a lot of money buying bottled water. I would recommend this product. Update....4/6/25, my original filter lasted from 12/1/23 until 4/06/25. I filter two or three of the pitchers a day. I have been testing the water with my independent TDS meter every so often and it still reads about double what the machine reads. So is the machine reads 09 then its really about 18 TDS. Anything below 40 is very good so I am very happy with this little unit. The purified water I used buy at the store is about 12-18ppm. This machine has saved me a lot of money. I typically use about 3 - 4 gallons a week for just drinking at my house. That adds up to at least 12 gallons or 24$ a month. So with the cost of the machine, 199$ on sale when I bought it, and thats 384$ in water at the store. Now I just bought a new filter for 70$ so I will save 314$ by filtering at home. This machine has performed flawlessly and I would buy it again or recommend to a friend.

Excellent water, easy to use, great support
I’ve been using the Bluevua ROPOT-Lite for over a year and I’m very happy with it. The water consistently tastes clean and crisp, and the unit is very easy to use with no installation required. It’s also quiet and looks nice on the counter. The system has been reliable day to day, and when I did have an issue, Bluevua support was responsive, friendly, and handled a replacement quickly and smoothly. Overall, great value for money if you want high-quality RO water without installing an under-sink system.

Very easy to set up and use plus it doesn't make the water taste like the filter material!!!
I really hesitated to order this because of the nearly $300 but my well water, although drinkable is very naturally soft with high sodium which I was wanting to reduce. I tried bottled water but found that I did not like having to spend so much on water that is bottled into a plastic bottle and several months old by the time it arrives at the store. I looked at quite a few other counter-top reverse osmosis machines, read their info + reviews + sellers' location of business. Two things drew me to this particular machine: it only requires 1 filter with 5 layers of filtration material, and the carafe is glass. I could not find out on their web site or here as to where this is manufactured, neither the instruction booklet nor the box had any thing on them as to where it is made but figured most likely it is Hong Kong where the seller is and not mainland China. I washed the reservoir and carafe, and then proceeded to do the 4 initial flushes required before the machine will even allow you to filter water for consumption. My well water registered between 47-50 ppm which is "good" and when the 1st carafe was finished the display said between 33-37 ppm. I then filtered a 2nd carafe and the readout went up into the 70s and stayed there, so I filtered a 3rd full carafe and the readout began to drop from the 70s down into the high 40s. I did a flush after those 3, keeping the filtered water in other glass containers, cleaned out the reservoir again, poured the filtered water into the reservoir and did one carafe-full filtration. The readout was back down to 35-37 ppm. I then tasted my well water, the 1st filtered carafe, and the twice-filtered carafe water to see the difference. There was a noticeable difference between my unfiltered well water and the 1st carafe & twice-filtered carafe waters but no real difference between the 1st carafe filtered and the twice-filtered water so the fluctuation was apparently what the instruction booklet talked about when it said that sometimes there is that fluctuation but will settle out shortly. Several things have impressed me about this system: I can not taste the filtrating materials (previously when drinking reverse osmosis water I could taste an unpleasant taste and it upset my stomach), the flushing doesn't take very long at the end of a filtration, and it is very quick to filter a full carafe. There are 2 draw backs that I have experienced thus far: (#1) the reservoir holds more water than is required by my well water's quality, so to prevent having to dump extra water out (because you can't reuse any water that is below the designated line on the bottom-end of the reservoir) I don't fill the whole thing up to the "fill" mark but about 1/4-1/5 less. In my photos I show how much water is left in the reservoir after filtering a full carafe, (#2) the carafe's cap top can't be closed, nor will it seal the pour-spout so I don't use it after filtering but rather use an elastic-banded food cover so nothing can get into the water since I leave the carafe out so the water is room temp. I put extra filtered water in glass bottles (washed Perrier bottles) for the refrigerator for when I want nice cold water to drink. I would recommend this system for other customers of 1-2 person-households.

Design could use some improvement, but great overall.
I'm highly satisfied with this countertop reverse osmosis system. It's quick to set up and operate, and looks nice. The water also tastes great! The filters can be pricy but only need changed once a year, despite me using this every day (supposedly it lasts a year...see more details below). In general it's impressive enough to get 5 stars from me, though I have a few nit-picks. First off, I go through the 40 ounces (1200 mL) of water it holds quite quickly, so it's a bit annoying how often I have to refill the water tank (sometimes twice a day). But it's a lot easier and cheaper using this machine than installing an under-sink system (which I cannot do anyway, being in a rental apartment). So this is only a minor issue. My main bit of feedback is the "front" of the machine makes accessing the water tank awkward. So I've just put the system facing its side so I can both easily slip out the water tank and carafe. This has the effect of making the read-out on the top sideways, and also the power cord comes out sideways. So if they update the device I'd suggest they just make this the proper front-facing layout and reposition the top screen and the power cord appropriately. My other thing is the filter use timer. The read-out on the top shows the life of the filter in general 25%-ish quantities, and I've noticed in the 2 years I've had this machine that it's obviously just operating off of a built-in timer. No matter how frequently or rarely I use the machine, this filter life indicator drops a bar every 3 months like clockwork. That seems a bit dishonest in my opinion. I think it's highly likely that you can get more than 1 year out of a filter, but they put this timer in to push more replacement filter sales. But I cannot be sure. Just a guess. Overall this is an excellent device and I have no regrets. Despite the awkwardness of the tank position, and despite the replacement filters being a bit pricy and perhaps deceptively pushed, I use this every day and really enjoy how it improves the water from what I usually get out of the tap or bottles. Five stars!

Worked great for 10 months... UPDATED
Updated 06-24-25: I have revised my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. This company is the best company I have ever worked with. I have been an Amazon Prime member since 1999, and no other company has stood behind their product like this one. A Bluevua representative contacted me via Amazon within a day of my review going live, and I received and got set up a replacement unit as of yesterday. The new unit is functioning fine and I am back to drinking great tasting, pure water. My experience with Bluevua has been exceptional. So, my review of this RO water filtering system now is: The unit is easy to work with, is fairly quiet, makes great tasting water consistently, and has excellent product support. I highly recommend this unit and company for having clean, pure water at home. Original review 06-12-25: Worked great for 10 months. All of a sudden it started leaking out of the bottom of the unit. I would get up in the morning and there would be a puddle of water about the size of a small salad plate coming from under the unit. I tried researching with the company what I should do, but every link I got and tried gave me a different product that they make. I am unable to find any info or get any response on trouble shooting this particular model. For the amount of money this unit cost and it's replacement filter every year, it's a lot cheaper and easier to go back to an Amazon pitcher and filter system. Too bad. This was a great machine, before it started leaking badly.

Don't hesitate, this is the one
Please stay in business... FOREVER... this is my best system, yet, to have best water at home without buying bottles water or hauling 5 gallon jugs. I'm getting older, not willing to ration my energy for such tasks. This system, with the remineralization addition is the best and most healing water that I've ever had. ❤️ love that is one filter to replace(plus the mineral cartridge) and tells me when it's needed. Perfect size for countertop and quite nice looking as well. 10 stars 🌟 and much gratitude.

The LITE is great for small space living or moving around - Recommend an appliance rolling tray
I live in an apartment and move around every couple of years so it wasn't possible for me to really install a water filtration system. I was a little envious of my homeowner friends with reverse osmosis systems because the water tasted so good. This little machine was the answer! It works great, looks simple and clean, and is about the right amount of water for one person for the day (depends on how much you are at home). It comes shipped really well in a heavy box with sophisticated padding and getting it set up is super easy. If you are getting it to put under a kitchen cabinet (see photo), I'd recommend getting an appliance rolling tray because it's difficult to change out the tank in the back each day without sliding the whole unit out from under the cabinet. The size is a little unusual compared to other appliances but I found a rolling shelf that fit well. It's the Nifty appliance shelf in small: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093MJCQG7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 You can always get a wider shelf if you want to put glasses or the fruit infusion glass next to the unit. The directions say to run it pretty much every day so if you are away for several days at a time or travel a great deal, note that you will need to remove the filter and place it in the fridge. It encourages me to drink water so I don't find an issue running it at least once a day. I've seen another complaint about water waste. There is some water left in the tank after two cycles and the manual says to discard that waste water as it is now more concentrated with all the things that were filtered out. All water filtration systems have some waste. The difference here is that you see it because it doesn't automatically empty. That's sort of the point. This unit doesn't tie in with your plumbing in any way so it's completely portable to your next living space and doesn't get you into trouble with the landlord. It just needs to be plugged in to the wall. It's a little bit noisy but not even close to the volume of a blender or something. I would not run it at 2am if your building is silent and you want to stay friends with shared-wall neighbors but it's no issue at all during the day with other noises around. You can always run it during the day and stick the full pitcher in the refrigerator for a crisp fresh drink late at night if you are living your best life at 2am. Customer service is excellent as I had a couple of questions after I purchased it. They got back to me right away and I am very satisfied. Definitely recommend and the appliance rolling shelf has made it perfect!

Amazing and worth it
This is my first review but I wanted to do it because I am so glad I bought this machine. I was struggling to pick one for months because they're all so expensive. I'm so glad I did. Amazing product quality and design. The time refilling the tank is worth it because of the amazing taste. I have felt a major difference in my hydration levels, I used to feel so dehydrated all the time and now I don't. I just love it and am grateful to have it. UPDATE: IT STARTED LEAKING EVERYWHERE ON THE COUNTER JUST BEFORE ONE YEAR OF USE. That is not okay. I called Bluevua and they told me that the unit needs to be replaced and that this an UNAUTHORIZED SELLER in Canada, so I have to contact the seller. I have reached out to the seller!!

AVOID PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
Before making a purchase, please read this carefully. I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are not the official retailer for the product, and you will face significant challenges if your $700 machine breaks down. Our machine malfunctioned within two months of ownership, and despite our repeated requests for a refund or replacement, they refused. We spent months negotiating and were only offered a paltry 5% refund (I'm serious 5%). To avoid unnecessary hassle and financial losses, I recommend purchasing the product from an official brand in Australia. This company is notoriously poor in customer service, and you could end up spending almost $700. 1 star.

Great
This reverse osmosis purifier is easy to use and seems to work great. The water tastes even better with the mineral pod

Easy to use and really nice machine.
Was a bit hesitant to get this. But it is really nice. And works great. Was a bit disappointed because there was a coupon for an additional free carafe and the offer is no longer valid. Otherwise. It seems to be working well.
