They worked great on my 2013 Ford Fusion

Q: how do you remove the front three red nylon clips? these three seemed recessed. do you need to remove the front of the vehicle?

You will have to remove 3 or 4 screws from the front bumper guard (I guess you call it). This will give that panel a little flex to enable you to slide the old parts out and new ones in. Once the holes are lined up, it should just screw in without too much trouble.

Q: Will this fit my 2009 volvo s80?

They fit my 2009 C30 and the belly pans look similar, so probably. I can't imagine that the holes for the clips are that much different.
