Exact replacement
It needs to be a thicker plastic but it fits perfectly

OK replacement, but be ready to modify them to fit.
I was initially a little turned off by the slightly flimsy feel of the material. It's definitely a different plastic or thickness than the factory part, but hopefully they'll hold up OK. The biggest frustration was the places where holes and contours don't exactly line up with the body panels for attachment. Fortunately, those were mostly at locations where the fasteners were screws rather than body clips, but even so, it was frustrating to have to cut or drill when these are supposed to be an exact match. I suppose for the price I shouldn't be complaining. Just be prepared.

Do not buy very thin and cheap will not last
Only lasted about 3 months. Ripped where one of the clips goes and the tire started eating away.
