Loved this book. It’s easy to read and lends itself to todays leadership demands. There were some simple refreshers in here (with stories which resonated) but there were also some things which I’ve now implemented, particularly around remembering your cultural heritage.So impressed I bought a copy for all of my leadership team!!

An essential read for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of getting the best out of themselves and others.The breadth of knowledge this book covers is phenomenal, and adding in real life examples from business and sport brings to life, how you can take action to bring about your own changes.Having covered so much, I look forward to the follow up series diving into greater depth on some of these key topics.An awesome read.

A brilliant book which combines advice, stories and funny anecdotes from the world of business and sport. Inspiring, insightful and most importantly…human.This doesn’t follow the usual high falutin management speak rubbish; it’s down to earth and relatable.Highly recommended to anyone who works in a team environment…which is pretty much everyone.Buy it.

Great book with some gems of inspiration. The book gives great insights from both a sports and a business perspective. Yet it keeps you hooked with some superb anecdotes and points of reference that in itself makes this book a thoroughly enjoyable addition to my collection of books on leadership etc.

Although primarily aimed at corporate leaders, this book is worth reading for anyone that works with others whether it be leading or working as part of a team.

World Class left me feeling motivated and excited to get started implementing its key themes.This book broke down the key components of how to get the most out of your team in a simple, relatable and thoughtful way whilst skilfully and enjoyably sharing how these concepts are paralleled in professional sport.I can tell I will read this book multiple times.
