Appearance and performance above expectations + one year update
One year update: It has been 1 year and 1 month since the Forious was installed and...it works like new with absolutely no sign of rust or corrosion. ---------------------------------------------- After reading some of the bad reviews I decided to take a gamble bought this Forious tap to replace my old Hansgrohe one which was dripping and needed a new cartridge. The price I paid for this is about half of the cost to get a replacement cartridge for the old tap. Easy to install for a competent DIYer and I think it looks really good and more expensive then it actually is. Flow rate was same as before on normal mode, and quite powerful on spray mode. It's been 3 days so far so good, wife is happy which is the most important thing. Note (1) Some of the comments in reviews mentioned small bore of the flexi pipe connectors causing reduced flow and pressure but the size looks that same as my old branded tap. Note (2) You have to connect the flexi hoses to the faucet yourself and ensure a good tight connection to ensure a watertight fit and that it doesn't undo itself during installation in a tight area with all the twisting and movement. Note (3) Some reviews mentioned when connecting the flexi hoses the faucet inlets do not indicate HOT or COLD, one way to tell is to put the tap handle in open position on say HOT, and blow into the connected flexi pipe, if you manage to blow through then you know you have the HOT inlet.

No water
Just got this less than a month ago had a professional plumber install and all of a sudden last night it stopped working. It made a whirring noise and now no water will come out at all. I’ve already spent money on a plumber once now I will have to get a new plumber out. Please refund

Beautiful tap, a little smaller than what I thought it would be but I will get used to it.

Faucet of the Future (and My Kitchen's New Drama Queen)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Faucet of the Future (and My Kitchen’s New Drama Queen) I didn’t expect to develop an emotional attachment to a faucet, but here we are. This tap has two modes: spray and stream—which I now refer to as “Gentle Rain of Blessings” and “Power Washer of Justice.” Need to rinse a tomato? Stream mode politely assists. Need to remove a suspicious, possibly ancient sauce fossil from a plate? Spray mode shows up like it’s avenging a personal grudge. Installation? Ridiculously easy. I’ve struggled more opening a bag of crisps. No plumbing degree, no existential crisis, no calling that one friend who “sort of knows tools.” It was on, working, and judging my dishwashing skills within minutes. The real surprise? I catch myself switching modes for no reason. Just standing there like, “Hmm yes, today feels like a spray kind of moment.” I’ve never felt this powerful at a sink. Water pressure is strong, consistent, and slightly intimidating—in a good way. I’m convinced it could double as a low-budget car wash if I aimed it out the window. Final verdict: This faucet didn’t just upgrade my sink—it upgraded my personality. I’m now someone who owns a dual-mode faucet and isn’t afraid to talk about it. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys clean dishes, easy installs, and a little unnecessary but delightful kitchen drama.

Looks nice, just a small issue.
I chose this tap to replace the one on my kitchen sink as I wanted a spray head tap. My only gripe is that it doesn't return to the holder completely. and I have to push it into the holder, quite firmly, myself to make it stay there and not fall out. Also, if I turn the tap on and there is a bit of water pressure there it will come out of the holder a little way on it's own. Only a small issue, but hoping it doesn't get any looser.

Not great, works OK but has some issues, for me.
I bought this on an amazon warehouse deal. It came minus all of the parts, even though it stated in the advert that it was new and just had a damaged box, this wasn't true, evidently it was a return and the washers, and small parts were all missing. After buying the missing parts I had paid more that the full price on Amazon, so it wasn't a deal after all. The tap itself, is good, but it's small, it hangs much lower than my old tap so it's hard to put things like the kettle under it to fill, or wash anything without having to move it right out of the way. When you take the tap out to use in hand, it's stiff, doesn't have a lot of give or movement, and is hard to place back into the holder as that moves away as you try and place it back in, you need two hands, one to hold the holder so get the tap back in. Overall I don't really like it, it was bought to replace my old tap that broke so this was a necessity, but I will be replacing it soon.

The way the tap secures to the sink sucks
tap itself seems OK but it secures to the bottom of the sink with a giant nut that threads onto a hollow barrel, its basically impossible to tighten it enough to firmly secure it to the sink so every time you go to rotate the tap the whole thing rotates in the sink and overtime the nut loosens until the tap just flops about. There are some screws to tighten in which look to be intended to "lock" the big nut in place but they are too short and don't do anything. The original tap it replaced had a more conventional fitting with smaller nuts that tighten down firmly using a barrel spanner. Honestly save your money and buy something more expensive that will actually fit securely.
