No the zipper has fabric under it protecting your vehicle as you zip up the zipper .

Car cover "replace". what do you mean by "replace?" is it a complete cover or not? i abhor vine feedbacks as they have no value.

Obviously the seller’s product description isn’t written properly. It’s an entire car cover—it will cover your whole vehicle, given your vehicle doesn’t exceed the dimensions. As for vine reviews, it’s probably best to just skim past them if you find the have no value. I can say—from personal experience—some of the vine members take time and write helpful, thoughtful reviews.
