Great supplement. I mostly work indoors during the day and have had extremely low Vitamin D in the past to the point of having to have prescriptions to get numbers back in-line. Since feeling so crappy and figuring out it was Vitamin D I have supplemented with this and recently had bloodwork and my Vitamin D is staying good. I generally take one whole dropper per day depending on my food and other supplements. I get the Vanilla but the flavor is very light so it likely wouldn't change the flavor of anything you add it to (i could see some flavors being stronger).

QUALITY: The “Vanilla” flavor has amazing quality and taste! I tend to take this in the mornings before drinking my coffee. I’ve tried other flavors like, Mocha, Strawberry and plain, which are also good to me. I like the Vanilla best right now because it’s light and subtle not over powering. VALUE FOR MONEY: IMHO.. Nusava, is fairly priced for what you get health-benefit wise from this amazing product. ENERGY LEVELS: My energy levels are noticeably improved and my hunger is controlled substantially whenever I take this, this was an unexpected side benefit that I have come to love and I’ve been taking Nusava daily now for over 2 years. Whenever, I’ve run out, I am very low on energy, I don’t feel like working out, I’m super hungry and my hair noticeably falls out way more than usual .. However, whenever I take this daily —and consistently —- none of that happens! I’ve even experimented with taking an extra dropper later in the day right after a heavy meal in the evening and it helps with digestion too and preventing weight gain; (I’ve personally found .. when using an additional dose occasionally for this reason.) My doctor told me to try these to raise my Vitamin D levels. (As i can't swallow pills. )After months of taking these and taking double the dose recommended, my levels are now at a normal level! But do know, it'll take a while to notice a difference. It took me 6 months of taking it consistently it to see a difference but my levels were extremely low. It doesn't taste bad either and I didn't notice any side effects.

I was very impressed by the combination of vitamins in this oil. It's easy to take, although I see why they recommend mixing it in with something - the flavor is a little funky, but not all completely bad. It has no odor, the color is clear. I am anxious to see if it helps with cholesterol and with my hair loss. Time will tell. I've only been taking it about a week so far.

Excellent product , no side effects , convenient to take with no odor. The combination of D3 K2 and MCT oil are a great combination for maximum absorption and consistency The small size is convenient for travel!

It does what it's supposed to and. I've tried several flavors and they are all bad the taste awful. I use one of my other droppers that tastes good and put it in my mouth first and then add this one so I can't taste it. But if you have or purchasing this for someone that is sensitive to taste. I do not recommend trying it

Bought this due to wanting to increase my vitamin D intake during the dreaded doom and gloom of winter. I haven't noticed a ton of difference yet but I have found mixing this in orange juice is the best way to drink it (I got vanilla) and it does have a bit of an artificial taste but not enough to detour me from buying again, I just drink it quickly.
