When I bought my oral B IO I had ordered a package of replacement heads at the same time, however, I was unaware that the package showed with the Oral-B IO was not for this unit. I found the correct replacement heads and they work great. The best toothbrush I've every had.

So, I ignored the reviews and bought the off brand - bad move. I ended up re-buying the Oral-B brand replacement heads - it is like night and day. A far superior product - worth the extra money. I guess if you can afford the toothbrush in the first place, you should be able to afford the brand name replacement heads. My teeth are worth it! I love feeling like I just had my teeth cleaned at the dental office every time I brush my teeth with my IO.

The heads always work well. When they get close to replacement time they will start to make some more noise. My only issue is they do seem to be a little expensive. I look for when they are on sale and buy in quantity.

The product came earlier than expected.I am already using it with my iO toothbrush and I am satisfied with it. This is the first time I ordered a replacement and opted to buy at Amazon as these brushes are pretty expensive when you buy them at Walmart or shoppers drug mart and other stores.
