On our last cruise my wife said we really didn't need to waste our money on a drink package. Why not just smuggle some of our own in?! We could use old sunscreen bottles she said -- It'll be fine she said! We're on the cruise and cracking open our finest vintage of sunscreen bottles, when what can only be described as battery acid flavored alcohol flows down our throats. Low and behold, no amount of washing out a sunscreen bottle can thoroughly negate the creamy yet horrifying taste of sunscreen! Upon our return - As if mocking us - Sunscreen Flasks popped up on our suggested purchases page. You can buy empty "fake" sunscreen bottles and fill them yourself?? I'm in! We used them our our last cruise and they were excellent! I specifically recommend these, because they're made of metal and chill nicely, as opposed to the many plastic ones you see out there! No leaks, no fuss, no poisoning myself - Have a good day!

These are such a fun novelty item. The first thing you need to do is read the back label because it gave me a good laugh. Each bottle holds 8 ounces, and I like that they come in two different SPF strengths so it looks completely normal to carry both together. They look surprisingly realistic, like a generic store brand sunscreen bottle. If you inspect the cap very closely, you will notice the sprayer is not actually functional, but I do not think most people or staff would ever look that closely. I tested both bottles by filling them with water first, and neither one leaked at all. They seem well made and include a funnel and pour spout, which makes filling them easy. I cannot wait to bring them to the pool and the beach this summer. They are a clever conversation piece and look much more convincing than I expected.

Bought to try on a cruise. I read some reviews where they had success. Well crafted. Looks real. I do wonder if cruise lines see these enough to know the difference but it’s worth a try! While I am unsure about the cruise, they are definitely good enough to pass at a sporting event or public place. Looking forward to using them next summer!

Cruise line frowns on byob. However, personal umbrellas are on the approved items list. Nobody gave it a second thought during check in. It worked for us. Use the pour/funnel that comes with it and fill to top, so no air bubbles/sloshing and hand tighten.

I bought this set of two faux sunscreen spray bottles for friends who are taking a cruise. At first glance, they look like real sunscreen bottles. But each one is designed to hold--and hide--eight ounces of liquor, wine, or cocktails. And they really do fool the eye! The design of the aluminum cans looks realistic and the screw caps makes it easy to fill or empty the bottles. The two-pack comes with a clear plastic spout and funnel. The funnel could be a bit bigger and the spout isn't really necessary to dispense the contents. But those are small flaws for an inexpensive way to sneak spirits into your summer fun. Note: Be sure to read the copy on the side of either bottle. The product designers have a sense of humor.

These are great!! They look like spray on suntan lotion, and are small enough to fit in my purse for concerts, and outdoor events, have never been questioned. Highly recommend.

We bought these as well as the tampon flasks from another seller - the tampon flasks ended up being awful but these sunscreen bottles saved us. No leaking, you can fit a decent amount in, easy to open and pour into a drink. So if you’re debating between these and the tampons - get these. No issue getting past security.
