does it have a ash clean out and hopper clean out

1) No, it doesn't have an ash clean out. However, it doesn't take much to gain access to the fire pot. Recommended that you vacuum after 4 bags of pellets. a) remove the porcelain grills b) remove grease drain pan c) remove heat baffle d) vacuum out ash 2) As far as the hopper clean out, I have looked through the manual and it does not show how to clean the hopper. Although, the website does say it has a pellet-purge system.

What is the gauge of the metal?

Hi, for the lid, the gauge of a sheet of metal is 2.0mm(0.0787inch). For the grill chamber, it is 0.8 and 1.0mm(0.0315 and 0.0394inch).

When I received my grille it came in 2 shipments. At first I was missing the cabinet but it came later the same day.

What are the dimensions of the box its shipped in? Need to know if it will fit in my vehicle

We have two boxes when it arrives you. The larger one's dimensions: 33*22*24inches; The Smaller one's dimensions::29*22*9inches. Hope it helps
