Does they suite utp cat6 23awg cable?

Firstly, Thanks for your question, my dear. This type of connectors are RJ45 cat6 connectors for 24Awg. if your cable is 23awg, this type will not suite. you should purchase another type: click the listing here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VV3VK15?ref=myi_title_dp. Any issues, pls contact us, we will always be here.

Will this work on solid wires or stranded cable?

I made a couple of patch cables with stranded and they seem ok. They work perfectly with solid wires.

Do these work with ideal ft-45 crimp tool?

It should work just fine, just remember to cut the ends off the wire after it passes through before you crimp the connector
