I absolutely love Biomel Complete Gut powder. I was struggling badly with constipation after taking Mounjaro for weightloss and it was very uncomfortable. I had tried everything and nothing seemed to cure it. Did not want to take laxatives each week which had become the only way to cure this. I started using a very generous amount each day as I was desperate for quick results - more like 3 tablespoons and within a couple of weeks became more regular with my bowel movements. I have reduced the amount I take now to 3 teaspoons and it is still working. Would defiantly recommend giving this a try if you are suffering. I take 3 teaspoons in about 300ml of almond milk and mix in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and flaxseeds. I leave this overnight and it makes a sort of runny chocolate flavoured pudding. The taste is really good. I am on my third pack now and will continue to use as it is working so well.

I bought Biomel (Belgian Chocolate flavour) for a family member who had been struggling with digestive issues for a few months, mainly bloating, discomfort, and irregularity. They had recovered from H Pylori, but ended up with digestive issues. We'd tried a couple of other supplements before, but nothing really seemed to make a difference. A friend recommended Biomel, who's friend also had H pylori and said it worked very well for them, so I decided to give it a go. We were genuinely impressed with how quickly it started working. Within the first couple of weeks, my family member noticed a clear improvement, less bloating, more regular digestion, and overall just feeling much more comfortable day-to-day. It’s now become part of their daily routine, and they’re really happy with how much better they feel. They love the Belgian Chocolate flavour. It tastes like a smooth chocolate milkshake, and it’s actually enjoyable to drink (which isn't always the case with these kinds of supplements!) We haven’t tried the other flavours yet, but based on how good this one is, I’m sure they are great too. Just make sure to use a shaker or blender, stirring alone doesn’t mix it perfectly. I've given it 4 stars because it's a bit on the expensive side, but the results have been great so far.

Tastes fine and hopefully it’s really effective. I think it’s good value for money and you can’t put a value on good gut health. If I find it works I’ll definitely purchase again!

Tasty, and easily blended. However, after trying it for 2 months, I didn’t notice any improvement personally. Just not for me.

This tastes delicious even my granddaughter enjoys it and is so good for you. Can be used in simple recipes and we have some every day. Would definitely recommend.
