I’ve had knee discomfort my entire life. It has increased with age (almost 51) and weight gain. I can tell you most vitamins i take, I have zero clue if they are working but still I take them. 100% any time I run out of my black seed oil, in a few days the knee discomfort feeling comes back. I’ve taken this by the spoonful and in pill form. Both work for me the same, I can confirm. I’ve bought another brand of this in oil form that’s sold in the expensive grocery store WF’s. And yes that works, but this more affordable option works as well, just for those on the fence like I was. I’m currently on a tighter budget and this price point works for me. Also in case you didn’t know, there are many other benefits of black seed oil. Just google it.

Tengo que decir que el primer día que lo use me dió diarrea pero fue mi culpa creo que lo mezcle con otras cosas y además dicen que se debe comprar de menos miligramos cuando nunca se ha usado pero mi cuerpo ya se adaptó y no hay nada malo por el contrario espero dar otra reseña para actualizar que cambia noto

I got this after reading it may help gut/skin issues. I struggle with eczema and have been taking these now for just a few weeks. I’m seeing improvement with my skin.
