Bought the Bodiflx tens machine on the 16th January 2023 as I from chronic back pain. It was really effective for me and I did get relief from using it, you wash the sticky get pad that sticks on your back under not to must water which makes the gel sticky again.It’s now 28th March 2023 and I have lost the main part of the piece that sticks on my back, I have been trying to see if I could buy another one as still have spare pads, and the remote etc.I have searched hit and low it’s always put in the box but is no longer in it. I have been unsuccessful at trying them with no success 🥲

Good Machine but Poor Pads Rendering the Machine Useless!!
This is the same company which produced the Back products, one of the few that you can control on the machine instead of the remote control. However, the old version tens machine was better because the pads are sticky enough to attach to the skin. But for this new version, the pads are useless, and can barely attach to the skin! How am I supposed to use it if the pads do not work?And the Amazon delivery was poor too.

Perfect! A very powerful unit. I have had a recent knee replacement .The acupuncture and massage setting works well for me to help with post op pain . Thank you! Highly recommended....

It a nice device except the remote control

works well, but more detailed user guidelines might be helpful
Works as expected. Battery live is very good. I would expect clearer user guidelines on where it can be attached tonthe born and where not. There are pictures, colour cide, but that does not provide a clear understanding of Do / Don't.

Not that sticky..!!
Love this product, my only negative is the pads are not that sticky, and as a result don’t stay in place, I had to use a strap to secure it in place.Very disappointing 😢

Excellent and easy to use
This machine has been of enormous help. It's easy to use, portable (it goes on trips with me) and really works well on easing muscle tension in my back and hips. I strongly recommend it.

Pads don’t stick properly so it’s no use.
