How do you make it stay up and not collapse?

When you've pulled the crate sides all the way up, the ends will start to drop down into the box. Use your thumbs or hands to push the ends all the way down and towards the sides. They will snap into place and stay. To fold it back up, push in the ends from outside the box until it is level with the top. Then wiggle the sides back and forth just a little until they give way. It will then drop into place. This only takes about 3 seconds to do!
