Being one who can't stop touching my face, I have to wash my hands constantly. This usually meant cracked, sore skin and knuckles that frequently bled. Then I tried Vermont Soap. My hands quickly healed and have been feeling nice ever since! I like the sage scent. The soap is creamy and leaves a pleasant protective layer, almost like using a hand cream, only not sticky. It's expensive, but so worth the investment in self-care. NOTE: This is foaming soap and needs to be used with a foaming soap dispenser. Otherwise it will be watery.

I have a septic tank, so being picky about soaps is a must. Vermont soaps are not only made from good healthy ingredients, but they are septic safe. They aren't harsh or abrasive and I use the hand soap as body wash. And it works amazing. It is a little spendy, but in my opinion, it's worth the money. There are a variety of scents but you can't go wrong with the sage lime. As a carpenter, I am usually covered in a goodly amount of sweat and grime and Vermont soaps squeegee the garbage right off. 4 out of 5, I am buying this again.

We ran low on the foaming hand soap and searched for something that would be a good replacement. I appreciate simple, organic and small batch worldview, so this soap fit the bill. It took awhile to get to us, it's currently a crazy world. The soap is fantastic! Unscented and nice and creamy. We wash our hands pretty darn often these days, so having a good soap that contains shea butter helps with the constant feeling of dryness, using less hand cream. I look forward to seeing what other products this company offers.

Love the smell. It does not lather as well as other toxic soaps and it does tend to dry my hands out if I don’t use lotion after washing my hands. But the non toxic ingredients make up the difference. I bought the refill jug and have them next to all my sinks.

Love this soap. Goes a long way and moisturizing.

Does it foam nicely? Yes (Just give it a one-time shake before first ever use. Cold weather can cause separation). Does it make the skin on your hands really dry? Yes. Does it smell nice? HELL NO!!! Do I recommend this? HELL NO!!!

Product highly over priced. It's worth half the price.
