What age is this balance beam suitable for?

This adjustable balance beam is designed for kids ages 3-18 and adults. Start at 7" height for toddlers ages 3-5, then raise to 13-17" or 17"-29" as skills advance. The 500LB capacity means it supports teens and adults for warm-ups too

Is this a good gymnastics beam for home use?

Yes — the full 8FT length and 4" width match competition beam dimensions, making it ideal gymnastics equipment for home training. The foldable design and rubber base work on hardwood, carpet, tile, and even outdoor surfaces.

How is this different from foam balance beams?

Unlike foam beams that flatten over time, our 5-layer construction (wood core + EVA foam + faux suede) maintains shape through years of daily use. The steel frame provides real stability that foam can't match essential for kids

Can this beam be stored easily when not in use?

Yes. While the beam is 8 feet long and can be foldable to flat and stock under the bed or sofa or just against the wall, it's heavy enough to be stable but light enough for one adult to move

Can this be used outdoors?

Yes. The 360° rubber base and powder-coated steel frame are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Works on grass, concrete, and patios. Many families set it up in the backyard for summer gymnastics practice
