Very impressed and satisfied with my purchase!! Everything arrived with no damage, and all parts accounted for. Interior of the PC was protected with a foam insert for shipping. Easy to remove, and kept everything nice and safe. Very professional assembly - all cables are well hidden and ran properly. LED strip is properly secured and works perfectly. There's a small button on the top front of the machine to switch the colors or turn it on to cycle all of the colors. Fair warning - both the M2 drive and the SATA drive are hidden from sight. So at first it looked like maybe it was missing, but it's not - just well hidden :) I tried to build my own PC with similar specs, but couldn't beat the price - especially with the 1080Ti card. It seems that they use various manufacturers, so YMMV but I received an ADATA M2 drive, a Toshiba SATA drive, a Gigabyte GeForce 1080Ti Turbo graphics card, and an MSI motherboard. Cons: The headphone and mic ports are not bidirectional, so my Xbox One headset does not work like it did on a previous machine. I believe a USB headset would work around this, but I was a little disappointed that an older machine supported this type of headset.

Let me start by saying that usually I would NEVER consider buying a prebuilt PC of any sort. With the current prices of some hardware components I decided to check out Cyberpowerpc's prebuilt towers and I must say, I am extremely impressed in the affordability and the quality of the product received. This is the most powerful machine I have owned and it runs smoothly without issues I would highly recommend any products by Cyberpowerpc after owning such a smooth product. Thanks guys! I was also surprised in how well the item was packaged, very safely!

I normally build and upgrade my own PCs but due to insane component costs I decided to try a pre-built and so far I'm very happy I did. First off, it arrived on-time - 8 days from ordering until I received it which was within their window of 7-12 days. Upon opening the box my first concern came with the motherboard box: it was for a Gigabyte A320MA-M.2 which is an AMD processor's motherboard. Apparently this was just the box they had on hand to put the mouse and user guides in and the actual motherboard in the computer is an MSI Z370 A-Pro, and the processor is indeed the correct Intel i7-8700 processor as ordered. The start-up speed is great and the computer runs almost silently, with some small but hardly noticeable fan noise. The graphics are especially impressive, as expected with a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB graphics card. Mine came with an MSI Aero card though I see from other reviews that this changes over time. I'm not a huge fan of the case setup as it there is no place for an internal optical drive, and additional hard drives will require modification to the case interior. Other than that, I'd say it was a solid buy, and will likely update my review after a few months of use.

This pc is amazing. It looks great, and is really fast. Mine came with an EVGA 1080ti and plays games at 4K very smoothly, the 32gb of ram was adata RAM at 2400mhz so not the strongest there but still excellent. My only complaint was windows 10 refused to sign me in the first couple of boot ups not allowing to save anything to the computer, but that was a windows error and not a problem with the pc. I will update again in a month if I have any hardware issues, but so far I highly recommend this pc.

I've had this beast set up and running for about a week now - and would be hard pressed, at least so far, to relay any negative impressions. As for the positive, the list is long and distinguished - and includes, but is certainly not limited to, the following: - Excellent build quality - Excellent performance - Excellent aesthetics (it just looks cool) - A TON of bang for the buck (I've had a few AlienWare hotrods in the past - and this seems just as capable - but at a MUCH better price)

I was looking to get back into gaming on a PC after years on a PlayStation. I didn't want to skimp on features while not paying a crazy amount for a pre-built system, and this computer looked ideal. It has met those expectations easily with fast performance, excellent storage, little bloatware, and even runs very quietly. Games run smoothly at the highest settings, so things look great even though I still need to "git gud". I've been very happy with the purchase.

Arrive defective; monitor would not detect the PC with VGA, DVI-D, or HDMI. I tried all the cables with with old PC and they worked. PC comes with no manual or Backup disc. Would not recommend.

Wanted to put my own gaming PC together with the components, but didn't have much time. After a long 6 months of searching, I found this. It had exactly all of the components I wanted, it was put together, and it wasn't overpriced. Have had it for over a year, it works great, and runs everything I want and then some. The build quality is outstanding, and I have not had any issues.

This computer was absolutely amazing to work with. There was always that uncertainty of 'third-party' companies like CyberpowerPC and iBuypower being poorly built and cheap, but I must heavily disagree. The overall build quality was great. Case was very solid, tempered glass was very nice, and the components needed no re-adjustment before use (Although I HIGHLY recommend double checking always! It is even encouraged by CyberpowerPC themselves), and there were absolutely no errors within a month of heavy use. The only negatives I see with this computer is the "RGB" advertisement isn't actually on the tempered glass, it's a cheap rgb led strip poorly positioned around the inside of the case (but I don't mind at all, it's still decent), and there are a lack of directions on how to control it, but it is simply through the small button (the middle one) on the underside of the case near the power button. The other small negative is that this PC came with a single fan Gigabyte 1080ti card, which is still an amazing fast card, but many people prefer the dual/tri fan cards, I however don't mind, it still stays moderately cool and quiet under heavy loads. I definitely recommend this PC, and Amazon's service was once again, amazing as usual.

First of all, thanks Post-Canada for delivering the package rapidly and in pristine condition! As you would expect, this computer is extremely fast and can handle the latest games with ease. I've added a1TB NvMe drive to it, to install all my largest games on it. The games load and interchange panels (chapters in the games) almost instantaneously. The computer is relatively quiet and beautiful to look at, mainly because of the glass panel side and internal LED lighting selectable in 9 different colors. Liquid cooling will keep the processor temperature from spiking therefore extending it's life and keeping it's performance optimal. Computer will be easily upgradeable in the future because I believe RAM is expandable to 64G and there is plenty of room for any size video card they will come-up with in the predictable future. It comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse (also illuminated 9 selectable colors) Some of the nice features not mentioned in the description are: - Air intakes have removeable/washable filters, so you won't have to do internal cleaning as often. - Dual channel wireless network adapter which seems quite performant, as my signal is 5 bars strength with my router being relatively far and on a different floor. - All of the USB ports are USB3 speed. The reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that I would have liked to have a plug and play slot/tray for swapping/adding rapidly an extra HDD, as in my older computer. This is a feature I found very useful in the past to make disk clones which I could disconnect and ensure 100% recuperation in case of malfunction, or ransomeware attack. I also would have liked th possibility to add a blu-ray player (internal) because a lot of my stuff and movies are on that support. I will subsequently have to buy external HDD/Blu-ray cases to do that. There would have been plenty of room for them inside the computer because the case is very large.

bought this gaming pc for myself, it arrives with some scratch on the case, and the case is also kind of dirty, i assume it is a returned item. The pc somehow can not connect with the wifi, i don't know why, so i have to return this one and ordered another one, hope this time everyting would be fine. Another thing is the graphic card brand changes by time, mine comes with msi1080ti armor oc, it has a overheating problem.

Quite simply the best desktop PC I've had the pleasure of owning. A breeze to setup. I was hesitant to buy a computer from a brand I was was unfamiliar with, but I'm happy I took a chance. Zero complaints with the product. However... I was disappointed to come home from work and find this computer on the sidewalk outside my front door on the day it arrived. Wasn't I supposed to sign for delivery given the value?! Not impressed my new $3,000 computer was left outside. To be fair, that's not on Amazon. @##% Purolator!!!

THRILLED that it arrived much faster then promised! Couldn’t be happier with this monster computer! I had specific needs as I use it to process pictures and videos and this computer fulfilled ALL My needs! GREAT build, GREAT price, GREAT performance! Could not be happier with this computer!! Highly recommend.
