Open toe, thigh, high, stay in place
I have tried knee-high compression stockings and they always slide down. I like having an open toe so I bought this thigh high style in a large, even though the chart said it should be a medium. They fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and do not slide down. I’m happy with the large bc they’re easier to put on. They still provide plenty of pressure and they are by far the best compression stockings I’ve ever worn.

Cheapest Option I found, but High Quality.
I bought a few compression tights to compare. These were the cheapest in price, followed closely by Amazon Basics. After trying on these 2 cheapest options, here are some observations: - These Lin Performance 15-20 mmHG thigh highs felt equally heavy weight, and the compression as good, if not stronger (in the knee area especially) as the Amazon Basic 20-30-mmHG thigh highs, which was surprising, given the lower tier of compression. - The thigh band seems equally comfortable and the gripping dots seem of similar quality of the Amazon Basic 20-30 mmHG. - Lin Performance went up a little bit higher on the thigh than the Amazon Basic. - Again, I have not actually tested them both by wearing a full day.

Really tall/long compression socks
The fit is crazy because for the size I needed they come all the way up to my bum. They do have slip resistance. The compression is on par for the 15-20mmhg that is advertised. They aren’t too tight and not too loose. They aren’t sheer and seem to be great quality even after being washed. If I wasn’t 5’1” the size would have likely been a lot better, unfortunately most items like these aren’t made for petite people. They are easy to wash, easy to dry, they are reasonably easy to put on especially compared to some other compression socks. They are a decent price point. I would recommend them to someone who needs them. Just keep in mind if you are short they will likely come all the way up way past knees and or thighs.

Excellent Compression Stockings for ACL Surgery Recovery
I’ve been using the LIN PERFORMANCE 15–20 mmHg Medical Compression Stockings during my ACL surgery recovery, and they’ve been a huge help. The compression level is perfect firm enough to reduce swelling and promote circulation without being uncomfortable. They’re easy to put on, stay in place all day, and don’t dig in or slide down. I noticed less leg fatigue and better overall comfort, especially during longer periods of sitting and after physical therapy sessions. The material is breathable and durable, which makes daily wear manageable during recovery. If you’re recovering from ACL surgery or dealing with post-surgical swelling, these stockings are absolutely worth it. Comfortable, supportive, and effective exactly what you want during rehab.

Great for post op! You need these!
So far so good! I bought compression leggings and they just were not tight enough for my post op. I had veins removed from my thigh down on my foot. After removing my wraps after surgery I was getting the worst pain on my incision areas every time I stood up. Horrific pain. I wondered if my leggings were not tight enough so I ordered these. Literally the instant I put them on I got relief and the pain on my incision was gone. These are tight but not too tight. MEASURE Your legs! I measured at the high number on medium and the low numbers of a large. I decided to go with the large and they are perfect. I am 5’6 195lbs. I’ve lost 65lbs over the last year so I have loose skin. It’s not terrible but it’s definitely flabby lol. The large is perfect! So post op these are what you should go with. I haven’t gotten to go back to work yet so I can’t review on standing for hours.

Don’t buy if your 5’5 or shorter
Ok- let’s break this down- I really wanted to like these. The reason I bought them was because they were toeless and would help post surgery with swelling on my leg and knee - here’s where the problem is these have a built-in heel meaning you can’t pull them up or down or they sag. Being 5 foot five these bunch at the top of my legs and create a lot of pain because there’s too many bunches. It has another 3 inches to be pulled up with nowhere to go. Ugh! If you’re a tall person, these will work for you if you’re 5 foot five -nope. I wish I could return them but I had to open and put on.

Really nice compression
These are very well made. I have trouble with my hands. I down graded my compression from 30mg to 15-20mg. Perfect!

TRUE THIGH HIGHS and Super Quality.
Great Quality! I purchased several different brands of this type of compression thigh high. This was the only brand that was both high quality and a GREAT fit. They did in fact go all the way up my legs. There was a little slipping after a good portion of my flight, but overall these were a great value.
