Yes. I make a long sheet and then cut them to length. I end on setting two.

Is this item only making spaghetti or it has a different dough making tools?

All pasta making machines of this kind only make flat pasta types, and as spaghetti is a round pasta it must be made using a pasta extruder. This machine and all like it can not make spaghetti.

Don't buy this one , it sound very loud ,almost like the horn of fire dept or an ambulance, can't use it ,bought it and scare of this bad machine and put it in storage and will throw it in trash .,Amazon should not sale this pasta machine, sorry but I have to say the truth

Would it be good for rolling out tortillas trying to something that would make it faster for her for her birthday

The width of the dough would not be large enough to make a tortilla, as the dough can only go through roller 4 inches wide. Have you tried a tortilla press? I’ve found that works well for me! Thanks for your question
