Any of the elements (fonts, style, colors, etc.) can be changed to make it suit your family perfectly. When sending the list of names and dates, please be sure to include the months. I assemble the calendars before shipping, so all you have to do is unwrap it and hang it up! Name disks measure 1.25" diameter. Please note that the back and sides of the disks may be left unfinished. Pictures of a heart or hearts can be added on the anniversary disks, and other symbols can be added upon request (cross, paw print, etc.) The main sign is approximately 6" x 17" and 1/2" thick * To order, please message me with first names and birthdays of the family members (with or without year). Almost any color printing is available, and the style can be changed to suit you and REALLY make it yours. If you prefer colored disks, please specify which names you want in which color (please note: pictures of colored disks are "aged" and sealed, and represent the actual finished disk color). If no disk color is specified, you will receive the standard colored disks (done in the background color of cream, white, or tan) with your order. * Holiday disks can be included, but are considered personalized, so please specify which holiday or holidays you'd like included, if any. The holiday disks will coordinate with the other disks (picture shown were done on white). * There is no vinyl on any of our signs. * The edges are sanded and painted black, then distressed with the rest of the sign for a shabby chic look and feel. * Each sign is 100% handmade, so no two are exactly alike. * A saw tooth hanger is attached to the back for easy hanging.
