How awesome is it that we can get these Ayurvedic formulas ...
How awesome is it that we can get these Ayurvedic formulas in easy to take capsules without compromising the ability to taste our herbs? Love all of Banyans Products. Just started taking this for my high vata constitution and achey/cracking joints. So far I've found all of Banyans products incredible effective. With their capsules I take 4 with each meal, which is more than their recommended dose but what I feel to be a more effective dose.

highly recommend for arthritis prone joints
I tried this product because it was recommended for vata individuals who have arthritis in The Complete Book of Ayurvedic Home Remedies by Vasant Lad (also a great read). I don't have arthritis but I'm 21 years old and all of my joints crack all the time and it was becoming worrisome. I take one tablet a day and as long as I couple it with yoga, my tea for joint health and Mahanarayan oil, I notice a big difference in not just how often I crack, but also joint discomfort. All in all, its worth a try and I will be purchasing this product again.

No more achy joints
i am 60 year old woman, great mostly vegy diet, active etc. right now everything for me is preventative, stay feeling this good as my body defies all my efforts. i started following ayurvedic principals last year, i recommend a consult, and its changed everything, diets are so specific to your body type; anyway, since everything else they recommended was dead on, when i started to feel achy joints: knees, elbows, wrists; i did my research and this was the common recommendation. So far so good, i do feel less achy in the am; i expect i'll take for the rest of my days now; but again, preventative.

Yogaraja Guggulu.
My first time using Banyan Botanicals. Very good product. So good for muscular and bone health. Very effective in reducing joint pain.
