I really like the size of the hook. It’s great for a female hand. I’ve purchased others and they were really wide. I think the actual hook is about one inch. Love these!

This is a must have the durability is something different the first one I had not from the same company ripped but same style but it took a lot for it to rip so we'll see how this does.

I didn't find these hooks to be very fitting. It doesn't fit correctly on my wrist. The velcro that goes around the wrist feels very cheaply made. Where the hooks are, it has the worst grip to the bar in my opinion. It almost feels like these were made for little girl's hand.

Poorly made its difficult to hold the bars with these hook they're too open and the design doesn't help grip right. On my third day of use ght metal hooks ripped right out of the nylon

I finally found a hook that fits my small hands. Great product perfect for my needs
