Is the 1,500 dose on the label what we need to look at or the 225mg? As 1,500 seems high . Thank you.

the 225mg is the important dosage figure as this is the 'elemental magnesium', which basically means the amount of actual magnesium that the body can absorb from the tablets. Different types of magnesium have different percentages of elemental magnesium and some are easier for the gut to absorb.

How long before the use-by date? Would it last more than one year?

at the correct dosage of 3 per day, there isn't enough to last a year

Is this product Sesame, soy, yeast and egg free

Yes, they're sesame, soy and yeast free. Ingredients are: Magnesium Malate, Hypromellose and microcrystalline cellulose.

How much elemental magnesium is in one capsule?

75g of elemental magnesium per tablet
