Okay so testing, this product is supposed too allow solid air flow from one side only; while protecting the rescuer from fluid. It works very well especially considering it is essentially a piece of plastic that fits over the face - obviously this is not a professional quality model, it is however a great gift for graduates and individuals and will work!

I am a CPR instructor. I carry one of these on my keychain. For few dollars I can deploy one of these performing CPR and feel comfortable that I have a barrier protecting me while I would hypothetically be saving a life. (I have not had to use one in real life,) and I am glad, but I am also happy I have one with me all the time.
