I grew up drinking horchata from Spain , in Spain, and this even beats MANY of the store bought ones there. I bought it because I miss it and the US does not sell it and this brought me home.Obviously it does not compare to the ones you drink fresh out in the Horchaterías of Valencia. So giving it a bad rating because of that is like saying that a milk store bought does not taste like the fresh one from a cow. So, to those that are reviewing with those comments, I find you truly unfair.Also, if you are looking for the Mexican Rice Horchata and you are complaining because this is not that, well, get the mexican one! Its a complete different drink, also great, but its made from different ingredients so of course it is different. Just like Almond milk is different than Oat Milk!Chufa has a very distinct flavor, you either love it or you hate it. It's nutty, earthy, yet sweet. Finally the US is starting to focus on tiger nuts just like West Africa and Spain has for centuries. Thank you for selling this!

I've been buying this horchata for years. I absolutely love it! I prefer my horchata on the sweet side and this is exactly the way I like it. My mother was from Spain and I still have family in Madrid. Just got back from Spains and had plenty of horchata while there. All horchata was sweetened differently depending where I bought it this product compare to the fresh horchata I just had. I put mine in the freezer to allow it to get a tiny bit slushy which is how it's usually served in Madrid. I'm so glad I'm able to enjoy this product in the U.S. Great value and quality. The texture and consistency are the same as the fresh I've purchased in Spain.

I put them in the refrigerator and they don’t last long so I have never stored them

Make sure it's close to frozen before serving for better

I absolutely enjoy these, but be warned that the packaging can't take much abuse. I have had one burst because an overzealous 8 year old squeezed it, and another because it fell a whole two feet.

I am originally from Valencia, Spain. And finding good horchata even back in Spain is not easy.This is one of the best store bought horchatas I’ve tried. I repeated my purchase and it also makes great frozen drink.I hope they keep bringing it!
