My new Nathan water bottle
Good water bottle. Big enough to hold my phone and allow me to view my app while running. Product was exactly as presented and delivered promptly.

Very useful cell/water bottle holder
We love this. This light insulated water bottle holds the perfect amount of 18oz water for a 1h run/walk, it holds our cell phones securely, zippered and we can see and touch the screen through the clear window. It fits iPhones 5 through 16 (small ones, no max). It even has a port for wired earbuds! Love the grip free run putting my thumb through the straps and adjusting them to my hand. The reflective safe stripes are awesome too. It doesn’t leak!

Convenient but leaky
I've logged about 50 miles running so far with two of these. Here are the pros and cons in my experience. Pros: - Comfortable fit on the hand. No need to grip, they're tight enough without being too tight and the thumb hole is added security. - Convenient window for viewing the bulky iPod they now make (I miss the smaller one for running) and perhaps a cell phone to stay connected while running far from home. - Headphone port through the cell phone sleeve for easy access, and two compartments in the sleeve. One up against the clear plastic and another behind to separate money, ID, etc. - Bottles go in and out of the sleeves easily and they stay secure. I don't imagine the material will tire of stretching and become loose anytime soon. Cons: - Not terribly easy to squeeze and get water. It's not a matter of grip strength so much as how far your thumb goes around the bottle. I suppose those with really long thumbs might have an easier time, but average-handed people will find it a bit more difficult or have to suck on the cap to get any water. - One of my caps is tight, the other leaks like a sieve. It's a combination of the screw-top not sealing well and the cap's rubber "flapper" not sealing well. - Expensive... I believe my Nathan running back pack with a water bladder and hose was only slightly more expensive than two of these, and it holds way more water, holds more valuables, etc. If you're looking for handheld hydration, there are cheaper options out there.

Nice handheld water bottle for runs
I had the previous version of this handheld water bottle for a few years before it started leaking so I decided to try the new version. This one is a little thinner and longer and holds more (got the 18oz, previous one was 16oz). I like that this one has more storage space and I like the spout more. It’s very comfortable strapped to my hand and it’s nice to have water on a run without actually having to hold a bottle in your hand.

Very nice small water bottle and holder!
I needed something small to take to 5k races, and this well-made bottle and holder worked perfectly: - 12 ounces was a perfect size for a 5k race, and there was no plastic smell or taste to the water. This bottle will also come in handy on future walks in the park….very convenient! - The insulation kept the water cool and prevented the bottle from sweating. - The hand/thumb grip was very comfortable and did not loosen during the run. - The zippered compartment on the holder was nice, but a bit hard to use as it was hard to put things in or take things out of it while the water bottle was inserted as there wasn’t much room to work with. - However, I did really appreciate the pocket on the side of the water bottle holder. It was deep enough that nothing fell out, and it was easy to insert or remove items from it. It would probably have worked for my phone, as I believe it was intended to be used, but I did not use it for that. I did use it as a very handy place to store tissues needed during the race….really convenient! All in all, this was an excellent purchase!

Great!
I worried it would be annoying to hold this while running but I barely notice it’s there. However, during my marathon my arm did get tired. Switching arms helped for a little bit.

Bueno, solo el ajuste hay que mejorarlo

Somewhat satisifed
I have an Amphipod water bottle prior to this Nathan water bottle until the zipper broke, thus causing me to order this one. Pros - the clear front on the pocket is great for quick view of incoming messages and alerts Cons - the pocket is smaller than other handheld water bottles - it's pretty snug with a phone in there - the water bottle mouth is small. When I fill it with the fridge water filter, it always spills at the end of fill up. - the water bottle mouth doesn't have a "close" position I ended up taking the Nathan handheld part and putting it on my Amphipod water bottle - that helps all the fill-up spills and being able to close. However, I still wish the pocket was bit bigger so I could put a car key or an MP3 player in there as well.

La bouteille était défectueuse. Le liquide a l’intérieur delà bouteille s’échappe entre les 2 parois isolantes.

Helpful to keep me hydrated between water points for my long runs. By the way it's 400ml when it's filled to the brim

Gosto muito dessa garrafa d’água porque se encaixa na mão e dá pra correr na praia sem preocupação. Essa já é minha terceira. Não vi muita vantagem nesse modelo, acredito que o modelo sem o celular seja melhor.

Super overrated as the insulation is non-existent and the ability to get the water out of the bottle is inconsistent. Will keep but not impressed
