Is this balance beam stable enough for a 10-year-old practicing cartwheels and handstands?

Yes, absolutely. Our balance beam features a patented triangle support structure with 4-point stabilization, which prevents both side-to-side wobbling and up-down shaking.

Does the beam slip on hardwood floors?

No. The Seliyoo balance beam is equipped with 360° anti-slip rubber- steel legs. whether it's hardwood, tile, laminate, or low-pile carpet. We've specifically engineered the leg design to eliminate sliding during practice

Is the beam surface too slippery or too sticky for socks vs bare feet?

The beam is covered in high-quality faux suede that provides optimal friction — not too slippery and not too sticky. It's designed to mimic competition beam feel, allowing gymnasts to practice in either gymnastics shoes, socks, or bare feet.

Can this beam be stored easily when not in use?

Yes. While the beam is 8 feet long and can be foldable to flat and stock under the bed or sofa or just against the wall, it's heavy enough to be stable but light enough for one adult to move

What age is this balance beam suitable for?

Our beam is designed for gymnasts ages 3 through teenage years. The low 7" floor mode is perfect for toddlers and beginners learning basic skills. As high skills, you can adjust the height up to 17" for more advanced practice.
