Does what it claims
I got this pillow in the regular version with the extra cover and laundry bag because I have disabling major joint issues. I have slept twice with it, and already I can say it is helping me sleep much more comfortably. I’m a side sleeper and it helps keep me supported the length of my body. I find the help it gives my shoulders and hips really the best thing. If you buy the whole kit, the pillow case and laundry bag come with it. The case is white, fits easily over the pillow and zips closed. . It’s quite soft material. The laundry bag is a very generous size to allow the pillow to be fluffed and laundered as needed. The pillow itself is soft yet supportive. I did notice it is much easier to reshape to your body’s length without the pillowcase since the pillow material is a bit stretchy while the pillowcase is not. I am 5’2”. I would need to leave off the pillowcase if I were taller. It would be fantastic if the manufacturer used a different material for the pillowcase.

Best night sleep in a while!
I love this pillow. I prefer that it is not memory foam like all the other “supportive” pillows you can find. The pillow is kind of reminiscent of a feather pillow with how it is able to be shifted around to fit perfectly under my neck while still feeling supportive.

Very flat and cheap
Recently had shoulder surgery and thought this would be a great thing. It's not. Especially not for the high price.Im a tall guy at 6ft 3in, and this was quite short. Which usually I just accept most things are not made for tall folks, but the big deal breaker was just how flat this poor thing is.It doesn't fluff up, and to be "foam" has absolutely zero support. I was expecting a really nice supportive foam like a tempurpedic-ish way. Couldn't be further from it.Add insult to injury on the "cheap" feeling is the cover sham for it. It's so baggy you could almost fold this thing in half and fit it in just half the cover.

Better sleep, better mornings, but takes some getting used to
I purchased this after spending 3 or 4 months waking up with an incredibly sore and stiff neck. I tried different pillows, etc. and even slept on several different beds during this time (hotels, etc). I figured this was an affordable enough college try before I started getting experts involved. I have been sleeping with it for a month now and here are my findings. For reference, I'm a 45 y/o, 6'1" male, weigh 225lbs, and sleep on my side.PROS:- The pain is gone. Immediately (morning 1). Every time I sleep with this, I wake up pain-free. Not exaggerating.- I sleep very, very deeply with this. Been tracking my sleep via an app on my Apple Watch for years, and my average sleep "score" went from 87 to 94. My partner confirms I do not move around practically at all while I sleep now.- It's very comfortable. Took a few days to figure out where/how to move the filling around to get what I wanted, but it's perfect now. I live in a hot & humid climate, and run hot to begin with, so cooling is important, and the cool model does indeed keep me cool.- It is easy to wash and take care of and seems well-constructedCONS:- Not exactly something you are going to travel with regularly- Not ideal for relaxing in bed. I removed my normal pillows (and you might have to as well) and this won't suffice for sitting up in bed comfortably- Still not sure what to do with it when I make the bed (I pull my old pillows out, and hide this in my closet.). I need a better solution. :)- Can be a little awkward to get repositioned or back into bed if you wake up in the middle of the night, especially if you are trying not to wake up someone next to you. You get better at it, but it's still a bit of "flopping" around.- I wish it was just a tad longer (I got the XL cool version). Even when I use the very end for my head, it doesn't quite reach my ankles (again, I'm 6'1"). Another foot of length would be ideal. So, on paper it would appear that there are a lot of "cons" but there is that one key "pro"... The pain is gone. How much inconvenience you are willing to put up with to help with that is going to be the question you have to ask before purchasing this. For me, the tradeoff isn't even a question, as I sleep so much better now (at least when I'm in my own bed).

Could be better
Pillow should be more full. The pillow case is made of very scratchy fabric. Not soft at all.

LOVE IT!!!
I have an autoimmune disease that primarily affects my hips and spine, but overnight my shoulders and knees often hurt in the morning too. No matter what meds I take, I don't sleep well because I spend all night trying to get comfortable and inevitably at some point, my pillow falls out of the bed. In an effort to get a better nights sleep, we bought a new Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame, but a week later I still wasn't sleeping well and was waking up super stiff and my joints hurt so badly. Cue the Swan pillow! It's been a week now and I'm sleeping better, and I'm much less stiff in the morning. I'm a side sleeper so with the long part between my knees, it keeps my spine and hips better aligned plus with it stuck between my knees my pillow isn't going anywhere. My only complaint is that I do move around during the night so I wish instead of a candy cane shape, that it was a U shape so that if I roll over, I have the same on the other side. I'd definitely pay a little more for that! I'm having less joint stiffness in my shoulders too so I'm pretty happy that it's improved not only the quality of my sleep but how I feel in the mornings. If you're tall though, it might not be ideal for you as I'm only 5'4" and the end of the candy cane just about reaches my knees. If you have joint issues and aren't too tall, I'd definitely recommend it!

Disease of the Joints by Joy Silva
My son has a auto immune system disease that affects his joints this pillow is excellent instead of using a pillow here, another pillow there this pillow all in one is much more manageable and the material against your body my son says it's the best ever softly as the skin
