These bars are excellent quality. I was seriously impressed at the thickness and weight of the bus bars. In the past I have mad my own bus bars, but these are better than I could replicate and cost effective. Will buy again.

This is for the most part, a nice bus bar. I’ve always called them a distribution block. I do wish they made the 300a with a 5/16 option instead of just 3/8. This is a solid build and works well with only one major complaint. The cover is terrible. It’s like the designer put ample thought into the whole thing but little thought into the cover. The first problem is that the outside edges leave too much exposed. See the photo. This could obviously be an issue with the positive bus bar, if it came in contact with anything that could ground it. . If the cover went completely over the ends, it would remedy that. The second issue with the cover, is that it’s just not secure. It doesn’t snap or lock into place. It’s simply held in place by the two rubber bushings. I can see the cover falling off and then getting lost from being bumped or from vibration. Especially if it’s mounted vertically. I came up with my own solution and put two zip ties around it. Still, if I need to put more on it later, I would have to loosen the bus bar end screws to slide another two zip ties under the bottom. Such a great bus bar with a crappy cover design.

Great quality. Running high amps there is no heat from the buss bar.

Much heavier duty than I originally expected which is a good thing. Wish it was at least copped plated but I new that before ordering.

I bought two of these and have had them in service for 2 years. I built my own solar battery storage system with eight 100A LiFePO4 batteries, and various components sourced on Amazon. These fine distribution blocks are at the heart of the system. The materials, finish and hardware are as good as it gets. Should I expand my system, I would hope these would still be available.

Solid heavy duty bus bar

Seems reasonably well built. for the size and weight, however, it should have a bit more substantial mounting area. Plus my positive bar is a bit loose in the plastic.
