Works well and starts pulling moisture out of the room quickly. Good for small spaces like bedrooms, cupboards, caravans or anywhere that gets a bit damp. The refill lasts a decent amount of time and the unit itself is simple to set up — just drop the tab in and leave it to get on with the job. Versatility is solid too, handy for dealing with musty smells, condensation on windows or keeping wardrobes fresh. It’s quiet, doesn’t need power and you can see the water collecting so you know it’s doing something. For the price, it’s good value — low‑effort, effective and ideal for keeping on top of moisture without running a full dehumidifier.

Helped with humidity during heatwave.

We ordered these willing to give them a go (two in a pack) but without any expectations regarding their usefulness. We found them to be so useful we ordered a further pack. We are good at ensuring we open windows all around the house even in the really cold months (which was the case at the time of writing this review) in order to allow the air to circulate in the house. We also open windows when cooking or bathing so that we do not experience condensation. It was thus a surprise to us that these humidity absorbers work as well as they do. They are easy to empty and as water is drawn in it is turned into a gel like solution which is coloured blue, so very easy to see. We empty the absorbers every week or so, but due to their size we could leave it and empty every month/6 weeks. We live in an older property but do not have a problem with damp, so can't comment on how useful these would be if you have damp. We will continue to use and have already purchased some replacement tabs. While this product requires an initial outlay which may put some people off, in essence they are more economical than cheaper products over time. This is in addition to them also by comparison having much less of a carbon footprint. We would recommend.

Absorbs moisture- didn’t notice any fragrance or neutralising. Removal of the full tub seems bad for the environment. Better than the beaded ones but nothing special

These are great. Value for money, and do the job as needed - really helping to soak up the moisture. I have a few around my home and they are easy to setup, easy to move as needed, and so far seem solid.
