born prettyのトップコートじゃないと水滴にならない
追記: BornPrettyのスーパートップコート購入して下に使用したら水滴できました！ 少しコツがいる。使用方法動画沢山あげていたのも納得 ----------------------- 所持しているトップコートだと全く水滴ができない。born prettyのものでないとダメなのかも？ 単品だと使えない

ウォータードロップトップコートだど思ったらただのトップコートだった。 何故かわからないが、商品名のところに上からウォータードロップとシールが貼ってあった。
