Does it tasye good? Or is there something I can add to it to make it tatse better?

I don't add anything to the tea. I think it tastes good as is. I say try it, if it isn't to your taste liking, add some honey or other sweetener, milk, or other flavoring. For me, the fruit flavors come thru mildly, not overpowering. But to your taste it may be a little bitter or overpowering. Green tea and Senna can be very strong flavors for some, but for me with this combo of herbs and flavor, I drink one tea bag almost nightly. Enjoy!

Does it contain caffeine?

Yes. Main ingredient is green tea which has caffeine.

Does this tea really work ? Im trying to lose 25 lbs

Hello, yes this tea really works if you drink it regularly. However, the best way is to combine the tea with a balanced diet and workout. The result will be much better and faster.
