Q: Are these made in china? if so, why do they cost so much?

I do not know where they are made, but the pair my husband received as a gift is one of his favorite pairs of socks. He says they are very comfortable.

Q: Any chance these would fit a size 13? I know they say 9-11, but it's so hard to find novelty socks in size 13. I'm hoping these would stretch well.

These socks are well made and comfortable for a size 10. I cannot say if it would stretch to fit a 13.

Yes. These are great socks and held up to several washes so far.
